Meet Lana! 🐾❤️* This gorgeous 10-year-old girl is a youthful spirit with a heart of gold! Despite her age, Lana's in excellent health and loves to play, run, and shower her humans with sloppy kisses. She's always up for a game of chase. Lana gets along with most dogs and is specially loving with puppies under a year old. She can get triggered by certain dogs, so a patient and experienced owner is a must. She's not super familiar with kiddos, but has been okay with respectful children - lots of adult supervision recommended. The ideal home for Lana is one with space to run, play, and explore! Marceline is truly one of those rare, special dogs — sweet, gentle, and incredibly well-mannered. She is not aggressive whatsoever and has the kind of easygoing, loving personality that makes her a joy to have around.   She’s playful and fun without being destructive, happily entertaining herself with toys and games of fetch while leaving the house just as she found it. Marceline has wonderful manners indoors and settles beautifully, making her an ideal companion for someone looking for a dog that fits seamlessly into home life.   This sweet girl also has an active side and would make a fantastic running or adventure partner. Whether you’re tossing a ball, heading out for a jog, or relaxing together at home, Marceline is happy just being by your side.   If you’re looking for a loving, well-behaved dog with the perfect balance of playful energy and sweetness, Marceline might just be your perfect match. Marceline was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. Meet and greets are by appointment only.  An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. We have no additional back story or update for this dog at this time.  When we do, it will be updated here.  This is all the information we have currently. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above.  Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance.  We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect).  Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets.
