April is an adorable chihuahua mix looking for her forever home after being rescued from the shelter with a broken leg (she's currently in a cast) and pyometra. Despite her rough start, April is a gentle soul with a wagging tail and loving heart. She's recovering nicely and can't wait to find her people for snuggles and adventures.

Meet Princess, a petite little charmer who may just be the perfect size for someone looking for a dog who is small enough to take everywhere but has plenty of personality and stamina packed inside!  Princess is an adorable 10-month-old SMALL Terrier / Whippet mix weighing just 20 pounds. She appears to be mostly terrier, but because she is a Navajo Reservation rescue, we’re pretty sure her DNA has a few fun surprises hiding in there. Whatever she is, she sure is cute. When she was first found she was mistaken for a puppy because she is so small. At 20 pounds and already 8–12 months old, Princess is likely close to her adult size, making her a wonderfully petite companion. And this little girl is all about making friends! Princess absolutely loves people and has never met a human she didn’t like. Strangers? No problem. New friends? Bring them on! She happily greets everyone with a wagging tail and she steals hearts with her charming personality. At the vet office the vet said, oh my, what a good one this girl is! She is equally wonderful with her canine companions. Princess gets along fabulously with the adult dogs in her foster home as well as the two younger puppies, so she has demonstrated that she knows how to fit right into a busy doggy household. Princess is also doing beautifully with all the basics. She is leash trained, crate trained and house trained in her current routine. She is smart, eager to please and very responsive to encouragement. Give her a little praise and she is ready to show you what a good girl she can be! We think Princess is the kind of dog who will make someone smile every single day. She’s petite, social, affectionate, playful and wonderfully adaptable—with just enough mystery in her family tree to keep things interesting. Princess is ready for her happily-ever-after. All she needs now is a family who will appreciate her sweet personality, include her in the fun and remind her every day just how special she is. Story
This is Chance. He’d had a bit of a rough time before we took him into the rescue, but he’s overcome everything it had thrown at him. Very scared at first, Chance is sadly still a little wary of people He’s very sweet, patient and loving. He’s happy to just have a spot in a comfy home, doesn’t bark or fuss Chance loves to play and be around other dogs. A home with other dogs is a must. He’s very submissive, shares his toys and will turn away from overbearing dogs. He is a little guarded over food and needs to be fed separately He needs a home with patient humans and a doggie or 3 Chance is potty and crate trained will go happily into his crate when asked. He doesn’t do well on a leash, he will chew them and is not happy going on walks. A home with a safe fenced yard is required.
