She'd be great for someone who likes to go, go, go! She is a staff favorite. Our staff loves to go and sit with her to cuddle. She will make sure that you don't feel alone and that you have a big smile on your face! She has now been adopted and returned twice, by no fault of her own. She will need someone who has experience with big, excited personalities. Her perfect scenario would be a family with older kids that could run along with her and get some of that energy out. She would be the perfect agility dog. If you are interested in Zelda, she must be taken to training classes at the Ranch Boarding and Daycare. They are offering free classes for her. All dogs are heartworm negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. All cats are FeLv/FIV negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. We are open 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday, we schedule our last adoption at 4pm everyday to allow our staff enough time to feed and walk dogs. We are an animal shelter and therefore are not able to individually potty train our residents. Many adult dogs do arrive “house broken” however due to animal behavior any change in environment will make an emotional impact on the animals and therefore initiate unwanted behaviors during the acclamation period. Please keep this in mind. Puppies do not have the biological maturity to maintain absolute bladder or bowel control and will require a certain degree of potty training and house breaking. Please consider the time and commitment it takes to provide the necessary building blocks for these special babies, prior to submitting your application. Winnie  is a sweet sweet girl that we guess to be about a year and half old, and weighs in at 33 lbs .  She is a barker and will let you know if anything is happening around her. .  She loves to run and play - a very energetic and athletic dog that needs lots of play time.  she's independent, loves people but is low key on giving affection.  She has breathing issues that have been thoroughly investigated.  Her only medical need is a dose of meds once a day to help with her breathing issues.  Winnie loves children and would love to be a part of your family.     ##1836560##
