Story
Chip was abandoned and locked in a house for 2 weeks with no food or water and almost starved to death before we found him. We have him healthy again but have not taken him to the vet. He has been living with me for about a month now. He is house trained and extremely loving. I’m not sure what breed he is but we think he has some whippet and pit bull in him. He loves to play fetch and is very friendly and loves to snuggle. He does seem to have some separation anxiety and likes to chew stuff. He is a sweet boy but requires more time and attention than I am able to give. He would be the perfect companion for someone retired who has the time to spend with him.

❗Current location: in a private shelter in South Korea❗ • Rescue Story : There was a stray dog that wandered around the private shelter in South Korea for years. One day, she gave birth to a litter of several puppies, and sadly she lost most of her babies during labor as well as her own life. Milo was the only puppy who lived then and became a testament to the hope that can be found in an awful situation. He has been taken care of at the shelter since, looking for a loving forever home where he can grow and thrive. • Personality: Friendly, Active, Playful Milo is such a lovable pup who likes to play with people and doggos! He would be a great fit in a family that enjoys outdoor activities! • Affinity - With Cats: Not tested - With Dogs: Gets along with other dogs except for aggressive ones. - With Adults/Kids: Super sweet around people including men / not tested for kids • Shedding: 5-7 • Food Allergies: No allergies found so far • Walking Manner: In training. • Housetrained: He would use the bathroom outdoors if adopted. • Bath/Brushing: Tolerates both. • Separation Anxiety: None. • Bark or Howl: He doesn't bark unless he is left in a confined space. • Carsickness: Not experienced • Likes & Dislikes: He loves toys, treats, and people! / Not a fan of aggressive dogs.

Meet Morrie! When Morrie came to us in late fall 2024, he was a mess!! Extremely emaciated and with a severe skin infection, it took months of TLC in his foster home to get this boy ready for adoption! Morrie is estimated to be between 9-10 years old, but when dogs come out of extreme neglect situations it is really difficult to gauge their actual age. Despite what was likely YEARS  of neglect, Morrie is now about 18 lbs and very spunky for his age! He’s great with all dogs and loves to spend his days making his foster mom chuckle - this boy can be so goofy and hilarious! Morrie would LOVE to find his very own forever person to show him what life is like as a beloved family member. Interested?
