Story
CUTENESS OVERLOAD! My name is AnnaBeth, but you humans call me Annie for short! I try so hard to be loved by humans, but my prior owners abandoned me, and I wound up in scary shelter. Then someone adopted me from the shelter, and their other dog was being mean to me, so the people took me back to the scary shelter again. I was very scared and it was so noisy and cold there. I slept in a tight ball to keep warm. I fell asleep and when I woke up, I was being brought out to my new rescue mom, who told me that I will NEVER be homeless or have to be in a scary shelter again! Now I am looking for a lap to cuddle on, and a forever and ever, home that will never abandon me again. I like to be with my person, and I love giving kisses and being held. I am a lap dog through and through. I do not shed, but I cannot guarantee that you wont be allergic to me? Because of my breed, I may require regular grooming since I have curly poodle fur, but look like a yorkie. Honestly, what could be more perfect than both a yorkie and a small poodle, put into one precious dog like me?
Sometimes I get scared when my rescue mom leaves and I am alone. I would prefer to be with her. I think it reminds me of times when my life wasnt so happy. Sometimes I cry and bark when I am alone, so I think I would prefer to live with someone that plans to be home or take me places with them. Of course, once I feel completely safe and in time, I might not get as scared as I do now. Its just that I was abandoned and left in the streets so when people leave and I am left behind, it comes back in my mind. I am looking for a warm and loving home that is devoted to me. I am completely dog friendly, and CAT FRIENDLY. Having another gentle dog around is great for me, but if my human is spending alot of time with me, then I could live alone as an only dog. My rescue mom has a video of her cat giving me a bath! Would you like to meet me?
