  Yoshi is a delightful little boy, full of personality and absolutely adorable!   A purebred Yorkshire Terrier, 5 years old and 7.5 pounds of cuteness.  He would do best in a single family home as he will bark at noises and, occasionally, when left alone.  He LOVES all people and will cuddle up with a stranger. Larger dogs make Yoshi a little nervous but he is good with other dogs and likes to play with the cat in his foster home.  He enjoys going for walks, car rides and playing with his stuffed toys.  Yoshi is a great snuggler for naps and sleeps in his fosters' bed soundly.  Yoshi is extremely smart, learns things very easily and uses dog stairs .   He also likes to dress up and, if you hold him like a human baby, he will fall asleep in your arms.       Yoshi is working on potty training and will be available for adoption after January 20   The adoption fee of $450 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed! *please note that we are a foster home based rescue and we do home visits as part of the adoption process - we are unable to adopt to families who live outside of the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. After spending a few months at the Anti-Cruelty Society , I’ve recently found my way to Project Hope .    I’m a senior Yorkshire Terrier who’s not asking for much… just a kind person to hang out with and love. From Wilburt’s foster: Wilburt is starting to settle in and show us just how special he is. This little guy loves to cuddle and be close to his people. He’s happiest when he’s near you, soaking up the comfort of companionship. He’s getting to know our dogs and is a bit timid, so he may do best with a calm, older dog who won’t overwhelm him. Wilburt may not have many teeth, but don’t worry — that doesn’t slow him down at mealtime one bit! &#239&#184&#143 Wilbur is potty trained and will happily go outside when he follows the lead of the other dogs. He’s always excited when you come home, greeting you like you’re the best part of his day — because you are. If you’re looking for a sweet, low-key companion who just wants love, warmth, and a soft place to rest, Wilburt is your guy.
