He came in underweight with visible scars from fly strike, but despite everything he has endured, Sherbet has held onto a bright, hopeful spirit and a deep desire to connect with people. He is energetic, playful, and absolutely loves the chance to stretch his legs and enjoy freedom. Once he’s had a chance to burn off some energy, Sherbet happily leans in for affection and clearly wants to build a bond with his people. With consistency and care, he’s already showing just how much potential he has. Sherbet is also making great progress with basic training. He’s been working on “sit” and is catching on quickly, even starting to offer it on his own once he understands what’s being asked.
