Story
Grady is a dog who should be strong, athletic, and thriving, but the shelter environment has taken a toll on him. A few months ago, during a temporary closure, we responded to a heartbreaking call: an evicted home where three dogs were left behind. Grady and his two pittie sisters came to us that day, and he’s been waiting ever since.Grady LOVES toys, lives for some good back scratches, and truly enjoys being loved on by someone he trusts. He does well with mellow female dogs, but isn’t comfortable with dominant male dogs, and men make him a bit nervous. He takes time to warm up, but once he does, he’s the kind of dog who becomes your best friend. Grady previously lived with adults and would be better suited in an adult only household.Grady needs a patient, understanding person who knows that a pittie who’s been through hard things needs time to build trust. He is appointment-only for meet & greets, so if you can foster or adopt and give Grady the chance he so desperately needs, please call us.

Story
Roxy has been through so much and deserves so much love. She had a tough start to her life as a puppy, but she is ready to meet & love her forever family! She would do best in a home with a strong owner, as she is a solid 75 lbs. She walks well on a leash and loves attention and cuddles. She is estimated to be born in September 2024 so she is just over 1 years old. She went through a 4-week board and train as of May 28, 2025. She also had TPLO (knee) surgery in October. She is recovered from that surgery and about to have another TPLO on her other back leg. She will be ready for her forever home in later February! If you’d like to learn more about her, please contact us!

Story
Meet Molly, a charming senior with a heart of gold. Molly's journey began when we rescued her from the Maricopa County shelter. She had been there for over a year and was being overlooked. At her core, Molly is a loyal companion who forms deep bonds with her humans. Despite her senior status, she exudes youthful energy and zest for life. One of Molly's endearing qualities is her impeccable behavior; she's non-destructive when left out of the crate, yet she is also crate-trained. Plus, she's mastered the art of potty training, making her an ideal addition to any household. Molly is a true adventurer at heart and revels in the great outdoors. She adores car rides and eagerly awaits the next opportunity to explore new trails during leisurely walks. Her love for nature makes her the perfect partner for camping trips and hikes. While Molly gets along well with calm male dogs, she prefers to be the only dog in the household. This preference stems from her love of toys, as she isn't keen on sharing her prized possessions. However, her gentle demeanor and amiable nature make her a delightful companion for humans of all ages. In addition to being a wonderful companion, adopting Molly also comes with a special bonus: three training sessions with Phantom K9. These sessions will help Molly transition smoothly into her new home and ensure she is set up for a success.
