DOB: 5/28/2025 Breed: Shar Pei mix-Spayed female 35lbs-Microchipped & fully vaccinated-Negative for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, and on a monthly preventative*Adoption Fee $400*A little bit about me… Hey everybody, I’m Daisy Mae! I’m a rambunctious girl with a tomboy personality and a constant need for fun. I absolutely love anything that involves water, so be ready to get splashed! I can also be pretty clumsy but am guaranteed to keep you laughing with my goofy antics. I’m still learning my leash manners and how to focus, but I promise I’m trying! I’ll need someone who will be firm with me and help guide me so that I don’t think I run the show. With the right structure, I’ll blossom into the amazing companion I’m meant to be. If you’re looking for a happy pup who brings endless entertainment, come meet me!The highlights…-Very rambunctious-I will need all basic training -I love playing in water!-Silly personalityKey points to know…-Consistent Training & Structure: Shar Pei/Lab mixes are smart but can be stubborn and energetic. A routine with clear boundaries, positive reinforcement, and consistent training will help them thrive and grow into well-mannered adults. -Daily Exercise in a Must: This breed has a lot of energy. Regular walks, playtime, and mental stimulation (puzzles, chew toys, training games) are essential to keep them happy and prevent destructive boredom behaviors.-Socialization Early on Makes a Huge Difference: Expose them to new people, animals, and environments while they’re young. This helps balance the Shar Pei’s naturally cautious side with the Lab’s friendliness, leading to a confident, well-adjusted companion.

DOB: 08/02/2024 Breed: Pitbull mix-Neutered male 30lbs-Microchipped & fully vaccinated-Negative for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, and on a monthly preventative*Adoption Fee $350*A little bit about me… What’s up everybody?! My friends call me Hyde, but you can call me your new best friend! I’m a rowdy little pup who’s eager to start a new life. I’ve got a lot to learn and was hoping you’d be the one to want to show me! Making dog buddies is easy for me, but I do like to play a little rough and will need some work on toning it down. Keeping me socialized will be ideal and beneficial for the both of us. My manners are worked on daily, but keep in mind I am still in my puppy stage and will need firm training to be taught where to focus and direct my attention. I have a lot of potential and would love to meet you!The highlights…-I will need all basic training-Very sweet -I can be stubborn-Tall fence is required! I am an escape artistMy ideal home would include…-A secure yard: I was recently returned due to my constant escaping. I can climb fences and jump short walls.-Keeping the enrichment activities very frequent: I need a lot of mental stimulation to keep my developing brain happy and healthy.-Someone(s) with previous puppy experience who is willing to put in the work that will be needed to help me grow into a well rounded boy.-Required boundaries to be set right away so that I understand that I do not get to do whatever I want, when I want. With structure and routine, I will be successful in my new life.

Story
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MEETING MIA, PLEASE FIRST FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://pepperspals.org/adoption-application/ Mia is a beautiful, 8-year-old, pure-bred American Pit Bull Terrier who loves to snuggle and be with her people. This super-smart girl is kennel trained, potty trained, and good with small animals – including cats! Mia is good with most dogs (after a slow intro), but large dogs and high-energy dogs will not make great long-term companions. The dog park scene is much too chaotic for Mia, and she much prefers quietly lounging in her own private backyard. Yard time is a must for this sunbathing queen! At the end of the day (or whenever you’re away), Mia prefers the peace and comfort of her kennel. The structure of kennel-time helps settle Mia’s mind when she’s alone. Mia thrives in a structured environment where she knows exactly what to expect. We don’t know much about Mia’s past, but it’s clear she was abused and came to us with trust issues. The cool thing about Mia is that she wants to trust and looks to her people for guidance in situations that make her uncomfortable. She is very handler-motivated and excellent at listening to verbal cues. This special girl could use an exceptional dog owner who understands dog communication, is adept at recognizing their body language, and is comfortable advocating for her personal space. Please first fill out an adoption application if you’re interested in setting up an appointment to meet Mia: https://pepperspals.org/adoption-application/ **$100 Adoption fee includes: vaccinations, dewormed, spay, and microchipped.

Story
Shiloh was originally found as a stray and taken in by a kind family.  Ultimately, she found her way into rescue.  Shiloh is an agile dog that loves to play ball and will always play with her doggy friends.  As her name suggests, she is shy when she meets new people, but with patience and positive reinforcement, she will become a happy family member.  Due to her energy level, she would do best in an active, but calm home, and with older children.  Shiloh is good with other dogs, but proper introductions and active oversight are necessary.  She is crate and doggy door trained.   Breed:  Pit Bull Size:  Medium Age:  2-3 years old Gender:  Female Activity Level:  Moderately Active   Shiloh is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $350 helps offset the rescue's medical expenses. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think she could be the right fit for you, please complete an adoption application*:   https://www.helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application/  *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up. September 21, 2025, 9:41 am

Story
Hello! My name is Diesel. I'm 2 years old and will be 3 in April. I'm extremely loyal, so much that my human almost renamed me Velcro because I'm always right by his side. I'm house-trained, I've been around other dogs and usually get along, but I prefer being the only pet so I can have all the attention. If you do have other pets, Ill still try to keep the spotlight on me! I love car rides, have lots of energy, and I'm still learning my manners. I pull on the leash, so please don't let me run free since I like to run off. I'm working on my training, I do wait for permission before eating. I enjoy toys but sometimes shred them fast. Recently I've become protective of my food and treats and may show teeth or growl if another pet gets too close. I'm kennel-trained and usually sleep and eat there, though I also love curling up in bed next to my human. I have allergies, but we haven't figured out the triggers yet. I just want someone to love and to love me back. Could that be you?

Story
Booker is in need of a loving home with a family that can give him more love and attention! He’s a good dog but our family dynamic has changed and I am not longer able to care for him since I travel for work and am gone long hours. He was always good around other dogs but hasn’t been around one in a while. We have a cat at home and three kids that he loves to play with.
