Beautiful Bama is a happy go lucky girl. At 47lbs, and 4-6yrs  she loves to romp and play like a puppy,  but also loves to cuddle and just spend time with you.   Now in foster care, she gets along well with dogs bigger and smaller than she is, as well as the cat.  She is house trained and good inside the home free roaming while foster is at work, and uses potty pads only if she cannot hold it.   She enjoys collecting all her toys and balls and keeping them on her bed!   She loves her human and will do well in a home with or without another pet.   If you'd like to meet her, please apply  to foster or adopt this amazing gal at buttsmutts.com ##2339075##

Story
Courtesy Post: This is not a Street Paws animal, but we are assisting a family in placing their pet. Meet Ringo — as cute as can be! This energetic little guy is full of puppy spirit and loves to stay active and playful. But don’t let that fool you—Ringo will always pause and sit still for a treat! Food is definitely his #1 love language as a growing boy, but physical affection comes in a close second. He adores kisses and hugs and will gladly soak up as much love as you can give. Ringo is a happy, bouncy, loving boy who learns quickly and is sure to become a wonderfully sweet and loyal companion. He’s a volunteer favorite at adoption events, and we just can’t understand how he hasn’t found his forever home yet! Story
One of the Newton County Animal Shelter advocates was at the shelter when "Mandy" was brought in as an owner surrender. Due to the shelter already being over capacity this sweet baby became urgent the moment that she was surrendered! We stepped in and rescued this sweet girl. We know that she is very dog friendly 🐶🐾🐶 but we aren't sure of cats just yet. She loves all people, big and little. She is a little shy when you first meet her, than she almost immediately warms up within just a few minutes and then becomes the most affectionate, lapdog and coach potato in the world. She is still so young, estimated to be between 2-3years old - so she is beyond all the puppy stages but still has so much life, and love to give!
