Meet beautiful Greta! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 4/15, and no one has come to reclaim her. Greta has the prettiest smile, and the volunteers have really enjoyed getting to know her! They describe her as friendly, gentle on leash, and attentive to people around her. She sits so nicely when asked! If Greta sounds like the new BFF you've been searching for, please come meet her! Greta is approximately 2 years old and weighs 55 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Greta is waiting patiently in run 834; her ID # is 9393. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. Ive had Astro since he was four weeks old, I practically nursed him myself. His birthday is May 13 of 2020. He will be five years old this May. It breaks my heart to have to rehome him but unfortunately my schedule has become extremely busy and I dont want to leave him feeling lonely or neglected. Hes a very playful, sweet dog. Hes never bitten anyone or shown any aggression towards other animals kids or adults. He loves to play tug and he loves cuddles. I pray that somebody whoever adopts him loves and cherishes him as much as I have and will hopefully keep contac with me so I can see updates of how hes flourishing and enjoying his new life. His nickname is Astro boy I love him very much so it hurts to see him go. Hes overall super healthy. Ive only had one problem throughout his entire life with bladder stones, but its been resolved. He just needs to use the potty regularly and eat and drink water regularly. He doesnt have any allergies. Please love my baby as much as I did
