Hello, I`m Splinter! I`m about 6 years old and weigh 55 pounds. I have a medical release that staff will discuss with you further!Do you like...Dogs? I haven`t had a chance to meet any new dogs at the shelter yet. Please bring any dogs to meet me!Cats? My history is a mystery. Slow, supervised introductions would help set us up for success.Kids? I can be handling sensitive at times and would like to start out meeting older kiddos. 12+I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Mosely was found on 12/06/25 at N. Game Farm Rd. and Coburg Rd. He came into the shelter not yet neutered. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time. The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information! Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Introducing Chloe, the spirited 7-year-old rescue terrier with a heart as big as her 70-pound frame. This lovable canine companion is a cherished member of her foster family. With a zest for life, Chloe's favorite pastime is embracing the great outdoors, where she can be found either playfully frolicking in the grass, basking in the sun, or on her favorite spot - the cozy couch. Chloe is a well-mannered, house-trained beauty, adored for her affinity for both adventure and relaxation. She's a pro at the art of lounging but equally enthusiastic about exploring new places, especially if it involves a thrilling car ride. Her kennel-trained demeanor showcases her discipline and intelligence, making her a delight to be around. One of Chloe's most endearing qualities is her love for company, especially when it comes to puppies - she joyfully engages in playtime, demonstrating her gentle nature. This sweet girl has a special fondness for other dogs, particularly those who are more submissive. Chloe's boundless affection and playful spirit make her not just a pet but a cherished family member, reminding everyone lucky enough to know her that rescue dogs like her have an extraordinary capacity for love and happiness. She is fully vetted, heartworm negative & on preventatives, spayed, & microchipped. She is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX.

Story
Zoey 6 years, spayed female, 60 lbs Pit Bull Zoey is a sweet, goofy, soulful, food loving middle-aged gal who just wants to hang out and be loved. She 's a wonderful companion and she has stolen her foster-pawrent 's heart. She is a bit goofy and makes her foster laugh frequently with her antics. POTTY TRAINING: Zoey is fully potty trained with access to the backyard through a doggie door at her foster home. CRATE TRAINING: Zoey will go into her kennel if you ask her to however she would prefer not to. Her foster says she has earned her trust to be out and about at home without causing any issues. She mostly naps while she waits for the humans to return. LIKES: Zoey loves food and treats of all kinds (she does need to use a slow feeder bowl when eating her meals because she loves her food maybe a little too much!). She likes to have bones and other hard chews and one favorite squeaker toy that she will get pretty excited about and carries that around the house. Zoey also Loves to go for walks - a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood is perfectly acceptable in her book. But beware of her strength if there 's something she really wants to check out. She prefers a harness that can be put on without going over her head (her foster will share the type she uses with any potential adopter). Zoey loves to go for car rides and is an excellent passenger, and she enjoys being able to stick her nose out the window. Mostly, Zoey loves being near her people. She 'll follow you around the house and lounge/take a nap while you 're doing something. When she 's really ready to sleep, she 'll go curl up in bed and make a nest among the soft pillows. She loves to be loved on and give kisses. OTHER/MISC: She gets along with other dogs with proper introductions. Typical bully breed fashion, she is very vocal (rumbly, grumbly, growly sounds) when she plays. Per her previous owner she does have a history of being attacked at a dog park so if a dog does come on a little too strong or tries to bully her, she will defend herself. With proper introductions, she gets along fine with other dogs. She snuffles and snarfs and snorts around the house and when she gets excited or it 's feeding time, she grunts even more. When she 's sleeping, she snores enough to rival that of a full grown man. She has sensitive skin and seems to do best on a sensitive skin diet with no chicken. To further inquire about ZOEY, submit an online application via our website. wigglytails.org Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how ZOEY will mesh with your lifestyle.
