She was born around May 2024 and recently found herself looking for a new family after being surrendered in October 2025. Lotti comes spayed, microchipped, and totally up to date on her vaccines and preventatives. She’s as ready as can be for a forever home!Lotti LOVES her people and would be perfectly content if she could curl up inside your heart all day long. Pinto Bean is an affectionate 1 y/o American Pit Bull Terrier. He passed his cat test at the shelter we adopted him from, however after bringing him home he began demonstrating some predatory behaviors toward our two resident cats, so we are looking for a home that would be a better fit for him. He is a certified snuggle bug who enjoys sleeping in until noon, car rides, and loves treats. Pinto is quick to learn commands, and he is working on becoming crate trained. He is potty trained (aside from accidents in his crate). He also has separation anxiety that a patient adopter can assist him in continuing to work through (which looks like barking in his crate, peeing in his crate, and chewing when left out of the crate). He is not destructive or anxious when we are home. Pinto seems to have some reactivity while leashed on walks, but is friendly off-leash. He is friendly toward other dogs. He is working on commands of sit, focus, wait, and coming when called. He is calm during baths and nail trims, and does well with all handling. Pinto is neutered and is up to date on all vaccines. He may be too much for little kids, but should do well with older ones.

Update- izzy has been with us a week and she has really developed into a super fun dog. She absolutely loves her people but displays no separation anxiety and will even take herself to bed in the evenings. She is absolutely housebroken and crates quietly at night. She has a great recall and stays near off leash on the farm as well. Wonderful in a vehicle and was very good on her first trip out in public. Was perfect for vet for her rabies and 4DX test. Enjoyed a shopping trip at Petco and is really the cutest girl. The Bull Terrier is an iconic dog, undoubtedly one of the most recognizable breeds. These terriers pack a lot of personality in their bodies and are known for being loyal dogs that can excel in many roles. Izzy #hmrizzybt is absolutely no exception. She went from living in a home her whole life to being taken to a very crowded shelter the day after Christmas, the shelter was told she didn’t like the new puppy. Confused and terrified she was barking at people as they passed her kennel, definitely not looking like a sweet family pet. Fortunately, a volunteer saw past her anxious behavior and she was whisked out of there. She immediately relaxed as she rode in a new truck, with new people, new people that she sensed safe. It became obvious when we started working Izzy she didn’t know what other dogs were, we can only assume she had lived alone her life and the shock of a new dog was immense. Given time and support she had come around very quickly, now confidently going on walks with other dogs and will continue to work on her social skills this week. This girl adores women, she is initially cautious of men (we assume there is a story here….) but is quickly learning to trust. Her Christmas may have been horrible but we are wishing the new year brings her a new and better life. Izzy is 4 yrs old and 40 lbs. In Warrenton, VA
