She is the trailblazer in the litter with unstoppable confidence. She loves to play, but also can be found sitting quietly and observing her people. Looking for a handsome side kick with golden eyes and heart? Meet Clyde. He came in as a stray with another dog so his quite literally a mystery man. This guy is smart and food motivated and seems to have had a little bit of a base of basic manners that will need to be brushed up on. He`s still pretty young, around 2ish and very eager to learn. He has been parallel walking and meeting other dogs and can start out nervous but we do think he could match with the right dog in a home so if you have one bring them in for a meet up.Cat and kid status are unknown but we do think small kids wouldn`t be a good fit mainly because he still has some young dog energy and can jump when excited. He has been good with all humans he has met here. The perfect home for Clyde would take him on walks, play with him, enjoy training together, enjoy food together and take lots of pictures of his handsome mug. He really is a sweet guy!

Story
Maybe you've heard the expression "Who rescued whom?" Well this adorable pup is ready to rescue some needy human from sad days, boredom, and frowns! Rescue Randy is only a few weeks old but he's already filled so many hearts with warmth and love. See Rescue Randy's delightful personality here: https://youtu.be/MgjlWs6hh94?feature=shared We suspect this calm and quiet pup might be a mix of lab and pittie, but that's just a guess! As a proud rescue, his breed blend is a mystery – making him 100% unique and 100% lovable! Randy is a gentle soul who enjoys pets, cuddles, and soaking up all the affection he can get. He loves to snuggle and radiates love for everyone he meets. He has lived happily with another dog and would thrive in a loving family home, especially one with a canine companion. Bonus: This angel already sleeps in his crate overnight without a peep! So he offers all the joys of puppyhood without the sleep deprivation. In between long naps and love-fests, Randy entertains himself playing with crinkle toys! He thinks they're the bestest. But really, any toys are a-okay to him! He's not picky. He's just delighted to play solo, with you, or with a doggy friend. Puppies are adorable bundles of energy, curiosity, and mischief! We’re looking for adopters who understand that raising a great pup takes time, patience, and a whole lot of love (and treats). Socialization, exercise, and training are a must. Before falling head over paws for this cutie, make sure you’re ready for the energy, smarts, and quirks that come with every dog! Each pup is unique, but having a good idea of their potential needs helps ensure a happy match for both of you. Randy is ready to find his forever family and bring them joy, laughter, and loyalty. Story
Meet Diesel! He is currently 8 months old, and we think he may be a Pit Bull/ Staffordshire Terrier mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Diesel's video here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yzY5lcR7GlE Diesel is currently in a loving foster home and loves to play and take lots of naps! He is a happy boy who is absolutely in love with you upon meeting you. This sweet guy loves to play with dogs of all sizes and enjoys a good toy and game of tug of war. Diesel's ideal home would be one with a yard. He loves to run and believes yards are for exploring! Sniffing all around and laying in the sun is very important! Diesel is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Diesel's new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6827707c2419c576830d3907 Please email Hailee@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $900.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. Story
Oh my heck! Look at this guy!!! Isn't he absolutely adorable?! I don't know what to love more, Cheezer Dorito's forever puppy face, those adorable Dorito shaped floppy ears, or his HAPPY personality. He is the type of dog that would fit into almost any home. Every time you see him, he has the biggest smile on this face and he is happy to see everyone. The term stranger danger does not exist in his vocabulary. When you adopt Cheezer be prepared to have everyone rave about him and want to take him home because that's exactly what is going to happen. He is such a happy go lucky fun loving little guy. Watch his video and fall in love with this happy guy: https://youtu.be/IKu0VcohvyU?si=O4R_08wss252d69w Cheezer is a pittie mix approximately 1year old and currently weighs 38 lbs. Don't let his pictures fool you! He's a petite guy and the perfect size, not too big and not small, just the right size. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee the breed or age. Its mentioned in his intro but just in case you didn't make the connection, take a close look at his ears and then google a Dorito chip. I know, weird comparison but they are almost IDENTICAL to each other. It's one of the very first thing I noticed about Cheezer and then became obsessed. They are just so perfectly shaped that they had to be highlighted. Another thing that we all love about Cheezer is how amazingly dog friendly he is. Cheezer has never met a dog he doesn’t like. He is playful and he invites all of the dogs to join the party. He has an adorable bouncy play style, loves to play chase and even enjoys the occasional wrestling match with the dogs that like that style of play as well. Cheever's social skills with other dogs make him a great potential candidate for doggy daycare. He will respect other dogs that don't want to play with him and will either go off and find a new playmate or he'll just go his own thing. He also is very receptive to other dogs if they set a boundary with him like if they are done playing or if the play got a little too rough, he is respectful of that. Cheezer is great about sharing toys with other dogs too! He would love to play a game of tug of war with his future doggy siblings or race to a ball for a game of fetch. Although, he won't be doing the fetch part, he'll leave that up to the other dog LOL. We would love to see Cheezer in a home with a confident, fun loving, playful dog or could even thrive in a multi-dog home, he’s such a social butterfly and just loves other dogs. Cheezer has also shown that he is friendly with cats too! He has spent a lot of time with our house cat biggie and he is completely unshaded by all the things that Biggie does. Even when Biggie comes out of nowhere and jumps out a Cheezer. Biggie is wild LOL. We do not know if Cheezer has ever lived in a home with a cat before nor can we guarantee that things won't change once the home. We do believe that with slow and proper introductions, Cheezer has the potential to live in a home with a dog savvy kitty friend. Cheezer is a smart lad too! He brings the brains to any training session, very treat motivated and is so eager to please. He is learning “sit” right now and you can tell he is trying SO hard to figure out what you are trying to teach him. It's actually pretty cute how much he wants to please you. You'll see it in his video if you haven't already. He is fairly easy to walk pretty on a leash and pulls sometimes out of excitement to go smell something or say hello to dog passing by. It is very easy to regain his focus and it doesn't take much of a correction to remind him not to pull. He just needs a reminder here and there. Cheezer is crate trained and potty trained as well but may need a reminder about where the appropriate potty places are once he arrives at his forever home. With patience, consistency and of course treats, training with Cheezer will be a fun and enjoyable bonding experience for you both. Cheezer really values his outside time and we would love to see him in a home with a backyard where he run around and play, explore all of the smells, play with toys, and enjoy the fresh air with his family. He's so friendly and happy with everyone he meets. He would make an amazing little adventure buddy for a semi active family. Take him to the park, explore those nature trails, go on adventures, take him to your local brewery or beach and watch him win hearts and amass adoring fans. Cheezer would make a great family dog too! His love for people , everyone he meets, and really everything LOL even extends to the tiny humans. He has spent time with kids ages 4 and 13 and he greeted them both the exact same way he greets everyone and everything. Wagging tail, wiggly body, and all smiles! The second he met Sophia, who is 13, he immediately felt comfortable with her, crawled up on the couch with her, and was nuzzling into her for all the love and giving all the kisses! He greeted Kobe, the 4 yer old, the exact same way! He really is the happiest little guy. If you have a family with kids and you're looking for a fun happy petite companion, Cheezer is definitely your guy! We are willing to test Cheezer with anything you need us to in order to ensure he is the perfect match for you! We can make most anything happen! Just let us know. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress!  Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.  The rescue’s hard costs alone (excluding transport) for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,368. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue.  While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family  Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions  70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer  Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup!
