Story
Meet Roulette – Your Next Best Friend! Looking for a pup who’s equal parts snuggly and sweet? Meet Roulette, a 12 month-old heart-stealer who’s ready to find his forever home! This handsome boy is about 45 lbs now and is expected to top out around 50 lbs — the perfect medium-large size for adventures and couch cuddles alike. Roulette is currently learning all about structure and boundaries, and he’s making great progress! He’s eager to please, especially if it means more love and attention from his people. Roulette is a snuggle enthusiast who thinks your lap was made just for him. He does great with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to play and learn with. He hasn’t been tested with cats or kids yet, but with his sweet nature, we think he could thrive with the right introductions. If you’re ready to add a loving, cuddly companion to your life — and don’t mind a little puppy charm along the way — Roulette just might be your perfect match. Want to meet Roulette? Fill out an inquiry or visit our website for more information!   What is Path of Hope Rescue’s Adoption Process? Our Minimum Adoption Donation is $550 for puppies under a year and $450 for dogs a year and older. We are a WA state registered non-profit and rely heavily on adoption donations to cover the expenses associated with saving lives.  Our dogs are spayed/neutered prior to adoption; microchipped with free lifetime registration; and up to date on DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations (when age appropriate) and deworming and heartworm treatment/prevention. Adopters can also earn a $100 training refund if they attend (6) hours of any in person training course. Long Distance adopters (one hour or more from Spokane) may choose to travel to Spokane to pick up their dog or use our monthly transport option, Puppy Delivery Express, for an additional delivery donation of $250. Puppy Delivery Express currently delivers dogs throughout Washington and to parts of Montana, Idaho, and Oregon.   About Path of Hope Rescue At Path of Hope Rescue, our goal is to make EVERY DOG. WANTED. Our two employees and army of volunteers focus on transporting pregnant dogs and puppies from Texas, the number one kill state in America. The dogs we rescue are in poor living conditions and on euthanasia lists in shelters that are inundated with unwanted animals. We want to give these dogs a chance and bring them to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive, loving homes. We are 100% foster based; our dogs are fostered in loving homes where they are house and crate trained and learn basic obedience and leash skills. Dogs experience socialization opportunities with people, places, and other animals, and they receive the attention required to become well-rounded, healthy, and affectionate dogs that they would not otherwise receive in a shelter environment. Our commitment does not end when the dog is adopted.  Path of Hope offers post adoption owner support including information on making the dog’s transition to your home a smooth one; recommendations for Preferred Trainers; advice on pet behavior and wellness topics; Facebook litter groups to keep in touch with fellow adopters; and invitations to local rescue hosted events. Please visit https://www.pathofhoperescue.com/ for more information about our organization and the adoption process. ##2456516##

Story
Meet Bella – Waiting Over 5 Years for Her Forever Family Sweet Bella has been with Spring Branch Rescue for over 5 years, hoping for a family to finally see her!  As a puppy, Bella was kept in a crate for long hours. All she wanted was to play with the kids in her home, but instead she spent her days confined. Despite her rough start, she’s still full of love, joy, and personality. Bella is playful, affectionate, and loves being part of the conversation (yes, she’s a little vocal!). She’s crate-trained, loves her playtime, and thrives when she’s included in family life. She’s on a special salmon or beef-based diet for mild skin allergies — no poultry for this girl.  Bella deserves a home where she can be free to love, play, and belong. She’s waited long enough — could you be the one she’s been dreaming of? Not in Texas? No problem! We offer transport to the Pacific NW and East Coast. Bella is ready to be part of your family — forever. ##2149754##

Story
The Best 8-Year-Old “Puppy” Around! Looking for a dog who’s got just the right mix of wisdom and zoomies? Meet Gunner! At 8 years old, he’s got life figured out—except for why squirrels won’t be his friends. Why He’s Awesome: Knows important commands like “sit” and “go lie down” (though he sometimes pretends not to hear after “no more treats”). Crate trained—his “man cave” is his happy place. Leash trained, but if another dog walks by… let’s just say he gets very enthusiastic about making new friends. Neutered and fully vaccinated—basically, a low-maintenance best friend. He’s sweet, playful, and great with people of all ages. If you’re looking for a dog that’s past the puppy chaos but still ready for adventures (or couch naps), Gunner is your guy!  We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest & East Coast allowing us to post in specific cities. Due to Covid 19 restrictions all Meet & Greets have been cancelled to keep everyone safe. Our adoptable pets are in Houston living with local foster families making the transition into your household a whole lot easier. Our application review takes about 10 days.  This adoption process will require 3 videos of (outside of your home, backyard, and inside of your home) since we are not able to conduct home checks at this time. We will be calling 2 references (Not related to you please). We will be contacting your veterinarian (We work with 1st time owners) to make sure you have vaccinated all your pets yearly, and that all have been spayed/neutered. Our transport company leaves Houston every 2 weeks for the Pacific Northwest & East Coast. We will book your baby as soon as adoption & transport fees have been received.  If you have fallen madly in love and would like to make this baby part of your family, then go to https://www.petstablished.com/organization/920716    ##2351783##
