Story
Meet Deku! He is 5 years old and honestly the most loving dog I have ever had. He has a huge allergy problem and due to lack of money I have still been unable to figure out what the exact thing is that causes his allergies. He gets red and irritated skin with a yeast smell and scratches a lot when he has his flair ups. I have learned that food with limited ingredients seem to be the best for him and regular baths 2-3 times per week. He grew up with another small dog and a cat and is used to both. I have never had any issues with him and other dogs as well. I had my own child when Deku was 2 years old, and he loved our child and does great with all kids. Due to a change in life for myself and my family we cannot give Deku the time he deserves, nor do we have the money to keep up with his limited ingredient foods. The ideal person to adopt Deku will have the time to give him the love he deserves as well as funds to help find a good solution for his allergies.

Story
Meet Charlie! This guy is great with other dogs, especially those in his foster home. While he hasn't been introduced to kids and cats yet, his foster home believes he would do well with them. Charlie excels in crate training, though he may whine briefly when initially separated. He is well-behaved around the house and is mostly interested in showering you with love, often taking numerous naps beside you. During mealtime, Charlie is a star - he doesn't beg, fight for, or show possessiveness over food. He expresses affection through licking and is a couch potato, eagerly seeking laps if available. Charlie enjoys playing tug of war and squeaky toys, and he has a playful habit of claiming shoes by carrying them around. While he plays energetically with other dogs, he can sometimes get overstimulated - which can be redirected easily. Despite this, Charlie is a sweetheart, gentle, a hunk-a hunk-a burnin' love, and a cuddle monster. He's young at heart and tends to give kisses, often without waiting for consent. Charlie is extremely relaxed and just wants to hang out. He's very squishable. Charlie is versatile and would be a great fit for any home. He's relaxed for a single person, gentle enough for most family settings, quiet enough for any environment, and well-behaved around other dogs to seamlessly fit right in.

Story
Hello! I'm Rainy. I'm a pittie mix of over two years and I am searching for a loving home. My past wasn't a lovely place - I was taken out of a home with my friend, Scooby, from a neglectful family. After some time at the shelter I am showing my true happy, loving, side. I have gained weight, made new friends, and I am finally ready to join a family who will care for me the way I deserve. Having a rough start, I'm not potty trained and would need help working on it. I wasn't sure what going outside was for quite some time as I lived only inside the house or in my kennel. I have lived with other dogs so having a canine sibling shouldn't be too much of a worry as long as I have a meet and greet first! It is unknown how I do with cats. If you're looking for a sweet girl, I may be a great fit for you.

Story
Hey there! I'm Syd. I'm a goofy boy and have been staying at the shelter due to no fault of my own. I am believed to be around 6/7 years old. Since I am deaf, a home without young children would be best for me. I will need someone who understands how to approach me without startling me. A home with no cats is needed as I do tend to have a prey drive. I do fine with some canines around me here, but I am picky about which one turns into my new sibling, so a meet and greet with any potential canine siblings would be best before I go home to them. Come meet me today!

Story
Hi. My name is Luna and I have been waiting patiently for over 5 months for my new forever home. I am a sweet, curious, and sturdy 3 year old gal. I am calm and quiet in my kennel here. I love walks but sometimes I forget how strong I am. Obedience school would be so good for me. I remind everyone at the shelter to enjoy the simple things in life: rolling around in the grass, soaking up the sun, splashing in the pool and playing in the snow. I am always ready for adventure, but I also know how to relax and love a good snuggle. I absolutely love playing with toys. I have been around children and I know how to be careful around them. No cats or small dogs please- I think they are toys. As active as I am, I would still make a great homebody too. A big comfy bed sounds heavenly. I am looking for my perfect match. I hope it will be with you. Please come to the shelter to meet me. Love, Luna Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: White Weight: 75.1 Age: 3yrs 5mths 3wks

Story
Hey everybody, I'm Homie! I'm a super handsome guy with the bluest of blue eyes, and I am looking for a new home. I was surrendered to the shelter because I was starting to become overprotective of my space and showing aggression towards strangers. I'm pretty nervous here at the shelter. Even though everyone has been really nice, I'm a little weary of strangers at first. Give me a little time to warm up, and all I will want to do is appease you! I'm a really good boy and enjoy hugs and lovies but only on my terms. I love to play, and I walk really well on the leash. I did live with another dog in my previous home, so a home with another canine friend is definitely not out of the question, but we would need to properly to meet to make sure it's a good fit before going home. Because I am so timid around strangers, a home with kids that can respect my space and be gentle with me would be the best fit. Think we might be a match? Come ask to meet me at the Humane Society of Sheboygan. I'll be waiting! Love, Homie Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 50.63 Age: 5yrs 8mths 0wks
