Fizzy is an affectionate cat, likes to hang out with people, naps and sleeps on the bed. He loves chasing feathers and playing fetch. Fizzy would work best in a house without other male cats, he tends to be a little territorial around them. A lovely cat!

Story
Found in an adoption site around 7 years ago, at that moment he had some wounds and he was not too familiar with being around people. He was around 3 years old at that time and super skinny. We grew up to love him and did as much as we could to make him comfortable around us. Our household grew up a little too much now with 2 kids and a baby coming on May. We are looking for someone that could spend good quality time and can actually take good care of him since as he grows, he would need more care and more love that with pain in my heart I don't think our family could give him that. Please, if you're looking for a loving, playful, funny and really quiet cat, give him a chance and he would get into your heart.

Story
For many years AALOC has been blessed with an amazing relationship with one of the best Mexican restaurants and event venues in Orange County: The Hacienda in Santa Ana. When one of their employees passed away, we were able to assist by taking into our care the person’s long-loved kitty named Sugar. There couldn’t be a better name for this little cat. She is as sweet as they come. She likes attention, loves to play and is curious about everything. You can tell Sugar had an owner from an early age – she is quick to make friends with humans. Sugar was recently diagnosed with FeLV, feline leukemia. Although she is showing no symptoms and has no active infection, and may never will, she can never be around her other cat friends again due to the virus being transmitted. Thankfully FeLV is a cat only virus, and humans, dogs, other animals are safe around Sugar. We’d love a foster home that can take this unbelievably wonderful cat into their home! Please submit an application to adopt Sugar on our website at www.aaloc.org. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Sugar and get to know her a bit. Donation of $100 for cat adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit. We adopt to residents of Orange County, CA and surrounding areas. Please note: For families with children, we require children to be 10 years of age or older, although exceptions are made depending on the circumstances. For more information on adoption policies visit our cat adoption page at www.aaloc.org. Contact us by e-mail at aaloc@aaloc.org.

Story
Ducktail (Russian Blue look-alike) and Lawnmower (red-streaked tabby) are two gorgeous, sweet sisters who are less than a year old. They were found as newborn kittens last July in a Long Beach hospital parking lot. They are a little shy at first, but their curious natures allow them to warm-up quickly. They love to play and get all the head scratches. They get along well with other animals, but are also content to keep each other company. They are spayed, up to date on vaccines and are house trained. We'd really love these two to be taken in to a forever home where they are safe, cared-for and doted on because they are practically purr-fect and deserve the very best!

Story
Bingo and Cheddar are the perfect pair. Bingo is mostly Orange with a little white. He is the cuddlier and and looooooves to be pet. Bingo will actively ask for pets in the morning and evening if he hasnt gotten his daily cuddles. Cheddar is orange with white bottom half. He loves to play and will nudge in on any pet session that is happening without him. The foster home has other young cats, a gentle giant, Golden Doodle and three young kids. Bingo and Cheddar are great with all of them! Loud or quiet house, these flexible kitties will thrive! They are both playful, love treats and laser lights. Cheddar comes to a whistle for treats. He would be easy to train to do tricks if you were up for that kind of fun! Cheddar is outgoing and social and Bingo is a little more reserved but comes out of his shell if Cheddar is around. Bingo won't do well without Cheddar and they need to be adopted together.

Story
The cat family was raised in a private homeI’M DAISY THE MOST LOVED KITTEN. Everyone tells me that I am their favorite and so I know that I am cute being black and white with my black mustache that everyone comments on! I like to be the center of attention and I’m a big hit on Zoom calls! People are always asking to adopt just me, but I love my sister Java and want to a home that would love us both! My sister Java lets me be the boss and I like that! But I’m not just a great looking kitten. I just want to love everyone! I’m always the first to run up to people and get my belly rubbed. I like to explore and pretend to hunt my sister and then we play chase. My sister Java is very special to me and I would like us to grow up together! The two of us lay on top of the cat tree and hang over the edge and snooze. If my sister is still sleeping and can’t play then I chase my tail and then I will play with my toys. I am looking for us to be adopted by a person that makes the time to take care of us just right! I’m a very clean kitten and I am fastidious about having a clean box.  If you rub my tummy then I will be your best friend always and I will adore you! For more info, call or text DiAnna at 949-759-3646 or email at DiAnna@animalnetwork.org. This kitty is being cared for by Community Animal Network, a non-profit organization founded by DiAnna Pfaff-Martin in 1996. C.A.N is a veterinary medical rescue that helps local animals find forever homes. The animals are cared for and raised in private homes. The founder of Community Animal Network, DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, is very particular about the quality of raising the kittens with vitamins, proper diet. A board-certified feline specialist provides the animals with their veterinary medical care and Community Animal Network offers veterinary internships to young people as young as 15 that have aspirations of becoming a vet.  Feral kittens are tamed to "pet quality" and rescue cats that are shy are disclosed and termed, "rescue quality" with a lower placement fee. With all adoptions DiAnna Pfaff-Martin gives valuable information about cat care in a "feline pet-parenting consultation" to adopters. The most current information is made available about how to keep your cat healthy, pet foods, litters and how to make your cat more affectionate and her specialty is teaching, “How To Make Cats Happy!” The AVID microchip is implanted in every cat and the chips’ registration fee is included in the adoption and the animals come with a 30 day heath commitment and return policy. Daisy has a really super personality & She Loves JavaI’M DAISY THE MOST LOVED KITTEN. I’m a very clean kitten and I am fastidious about having a clean box.  If you rub my tummy then I will be your best friend always and I will adore you!   And I'M JAVA THE SWEETEST KITTEN. I look like a Bombay breed cat. People say I am a gentle kitten with a mellow attitude and I know that I’m very lady-like. I’m told that I take after my mom with a calm personality. My sibling Daisy (Black & White with a cute mustache) is my best friend and she is really outgoing.  I let Daisy take the lead and she will run up to everyone and I’m always right behind her to say “Hi”, but I like to observe the scene for a moment before stepping in when meeting new people. I am very polite and let my sister Daisy begin eating first but when it comes to play, I am “hunting” my toys and run from one side of the room to the other practicing my “prey skills’ to get them! My favorite thing is to run and slide on the wood floor… “Wheee, What Fun!” When I’m not playing, I’m cuddling with my Mom Bella, or my sister. I like to be held and cuddled.  I’m sure when you meet me that you will agree that my fur is so soft and you will never want to put me down.   Community Animal Network didn’t separate us from our mom like others do. I’ve had a good upbringing and been nurtured and have had a good healthy start with mothers’ milk and my mom was provided with good nutrition when she was pregnant and not found starving like so many other moms.
