Story
MEET LILY ~ Lily is a loving little girl. We are finally getting her listed for adoption though She’s been with us at the rescue since mid December after being found very pregnant and dumped with trash and old furniture on the side of the highway, She is so sweet and hopeful, she stayed right there in that trash heap until someone came along and rescued her. We were so full but just couldn’t let this loving little girl go to the shelter. She had her puppies December 18th. She did a great job and is now relieved of her parental duties. She will be spayed this week and is looking for her forever home. Lily really couldn’t be any sweeter or adorable. She aims to please and gets along with other dogs and random farm animals. She walks on a leash and will sleep in a crate no problem. Lily would love a family that will include her in activities and love her forever. Lily is now Spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. If you believe Lily is your love match please send some information about yourselves and how Lily would spend her days with you along with a request for an adoption application to gooddogk9rescue@yahoo.com Thank you, Good Dog K9 Rescue Inc.

Story
Meet Taz, an adult dog with a heart full of love and joy. Her friendly demeanor is infectious, brightening the room with her playful antics. Energetic by nature, Taz loves to engage in fun games, keeping everyone around her entertained. Despite her playful side, Taz is also incredibly smart, quickly picking up on new tricks and commands. She may be a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, she`s a loyal companion. Taz`s energetic and playful personality combined with her intelligence and loyalty makes her an ideal pet. Adopt Taz and let her fill your life with unconditional love and happiness. New places can sometimes make Taz a bit anxious, so we recommend that any children in her new home are age 5 or older so they can understand her needs. Taz does not enjoy the company of other dogs, so we are requiring that she is the only dog in her new home.Adoption Price: Waived!

Story
Courtesy Post - this is not a Resilient Dog Rescue Dog. We are assisting owner with rehoming. Hello! My name is Remi Rae and I’m a handsome, easy-going guy. Although I often look quite serious in my photos, I have a silly side and happily indulge my foster mom when she makes me bear the indignity of wearing costumes and clothes. Also, I’m the best wiggle butt greeter there is! Quick Facts: My foster mom did my DNA and I am: 21.6% American Staffordshire Terrier 21.6% American Bully 7.8% Labrador Retriever 7.2% American Bulldog 4.8% Border Collie Gender: Male Age: 2 ½ years old (a/o Dec 2023) Size: 75 pounds Good with dogs: I need to work on my socialization skills. I live with my sister but she and I have been butting heads for a while. My Mom and Dad split up, and we're having a hard time. Good with cats: I have never been around a cat but if they are anything like a squirrel, I would probably chase them Good with kids: I have been around kids older than 12 years and I did great with them. I have never been around any younger kids. History: My mom adopted me from Front Street Animal Shelter in July of 2022. My sister and I were found on the streets and brought in together. Personality: I’m a pretty mellow guy. My day starts about 6 am when Grandma feeds me breakfast. I like kibble with wet food and a little cottage cheese mixed in. Then she makes me rest for an hour before I can go outside to do my business. I enjoy a good walk but I like to pull and sometimes I bark at other dogs. I need some work on that. I can sit and laydown and I’m really good at coming in the house when my name is called. I love these cookies that my mom buys. I like to take them to my bed and munch them up. Sometimes my mom will give me a chip or a piece of popcorn but I don’t understand how to eat them. I just put them in my mouth but then I drop them because they are weird. I would rather a piece of salami or a piece of cheese. When we play outside in the backyard, I prefer frisbees over balls. I have a fascination with the water hose. Sometimes when my mom waters the trees I try and eat the water that squirts out. After we play for a while, I like to lay in the sun on my Kuranda bed. My Grandma makes me come in and take a nap during the day which is great because I love to nap on the couch or on my dog bed. I eat dinner around 5 pm and my mom, again, makes me wait an hour before I can go outside to do my business. Something about me running around with food in belly and my stomach twisting? I dunno, she said it’s for my own good so I just listen to her. In the evening we usually lounge on the couch and watch T.V. My mom will rub my belly which I LOVE! She’s a good belly rubber. After that it’s time for bed on my dog bed. I have not been crate trained but I like my dog bed. Favorite Activities: • Eating • Running Around the Yard • Going for Walks • Napping • Getting Belly Rubs I am looking for a new home because my sister and I just don’t get along anymore. I am the more mellow of the two of us. She is high strung and just gets on my nerves so we have had a few spats. I don’t want to fight with her anymore and since I am so easy going my mom thinks it would be easier to find me a quiet, loving home than to find my sister another home. If you're looking for an easy-going, loving guy who just wants some peace and quiet and a warm, safe place to lay his head - oh, and maybe a belly rub from time to time - then I’m your guy! Interested in meeting Remi Rae? Let us know! *Call or text 833-473-7364 or *Send an email to adopt@sacrdr.org (including your phone number) or *Message us on social media @resilientdogrescue or *Inquire using the Petfinder system - be sure to include your phone number We look forward to hearing from you! Story
Rehoming our sweet NovaLeigh 🐾 Due to health reasons, we need to find a loving home for NovaLeigh. This is so hard for us, but it’s what’s best for her. We found NovaLeigh wandering our neighborhood in early 2024, fostered her, and she became ours. She’s about 2.5 years old, very mellow, potty trained, and loves walks. She does great with other dogs on walks and adores kids, the more little hands for back rubs, the better! She’ll follow you everywhere and just wants love and snacks. She does bark if someone knocks or there’s a loud noise. Because we suspect she came from an abusive home, she’s scared of boxes, balloons, and sudden noises, and will hide when frightened. She needs a gentle, patient home. Rehoming fee is $100 to ensure she goes to a committed, caring family. Please reach out if you’d like to meet her or learn more. 💕

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Norah is approximately 7 months old. She came from the Stockton shelter where one of our RPNC volunteers first heard about her and started fostering her. Norah was a medical foster due to her having a prolapsed rectum. She's had two surgeries to repair her colon and after a long recovery period Norah is ready to find her forever home. Norah will need to stay on special food through her life and it will be important for her new family to understand her medical condition. There is a possibility that she will need to have another surgery by a specialist. However, her foster has been able to control her condition with diet and we are hopeful her new family will be able to do the same. Norah is a typical 6 month old puppy. She loves to play, play, play. She currently lives with 2 other dogs; a younger dog and an older dog. She does great with both. Plays with the younger dog and respects the older dog. She also lives with a cat, that she likes to chase. We think with boundaries and more training she could live with a dog savvy cat. She loves all peoples. She is house and crate trained but is still learning the command "go to bed" to go into her crate on command and she is still learning the basics such as sit. Altough Norah is your typical active puppy, she can also chill out and chew on a nyla bone for hours. Norah would be a fantastic addition to any family. She is one of those dogs that fits in with everyone. If you are interested in Norah, you can fill out an application here.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 22, 2024, 12:24 am

Story
This handsome boy is super sweet and responsive. He has beautiful eyes and cute little freckles. He is very people friendly but would do better with female dogs and small dogs and non reactive with cats. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. It is unknown how he would do with children. He is very smart Ana would do better with a dog savvy owner. He really is the full package. Beautiful, smart and sweet.
