Meet BENNY! Gender: Male Weight: 65lbs Age: 2-3 yrs old Breed: Staffy Mix Energy Level: Medium Benny is a lot… of LOVE! This big ol’ brick-shaped hunk of love has been seriously let down by humans twice in his life, and yet he doesn’t hold it against a single one of us. There isn’t a mean bone in his body and he believes people are the most fantastical, wonderful creatures on earth. Benny’s only fault is expressing his overwhelming love of life. However, he just finished up a three-week board and train where he got some leash skills and learned the basics of Place, Sit, and settle, and even learned how to channel his love more safely than jumping on people and doors. He’s ready to find his forever family who will love him just as hard he loves them.If you're interested in Benny, complete an application at:https://3eyeblindrescue.org/applications

Story
Meet APOLLO! Gender: Male Weight: 90 lbs. Age: 5-6 yrs. old Breed: Big Pittie Mix (Great Dane or Mastiff in there maybe?) Energy level: Medium Apollo has a big heart and a big body, but don’t tell him that! He believes he’s the size of a Chihuahua and light as a feather when he comes to cuddle with you—which he does often. He spends his day playing with foster sibling (another pittie mix), chewing on bones, and going for very long walks. This boy could walk forever! As for car rides, he prefers to sit up front… because, you know, he’s tiny and can’t see anything from the back seat. Apollo: • Is housetrained • Is crate-trained • Is good on leash • Enjoys being out and about but doesn’t mind staying at home either • LOVES going for walks • Is eager to learn and wants to do everything right Apollo is looking for a home where his big heart and big love will be appreciated: Someone who will be patient and kind, and help him learn more things. Right now he knows Sit, and he doesn’t pull on a leash, but there’s much more this boy wants to know! Apollo is a lover, not a fighter. He is sensitive and will be your loyal companion through and through. And he doesn’t mind sharing you with another canine kid to play with. If you think you’re a match for Apollo, please submit an application at 3eyeblindrescue.org/applications

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Norah is approximately 7 months old. She came from the Stockton shelter where one of our RPNC volunteers first heard about her and started fostering her. Norah was a medical foster due to her having a prolapsed rectum. She's had two surgeries to repair her colon and after a long recovery period Norah is ready to find her forever home. Norah will need to stay on special food through her life and it will be important for her new family to understand her medical condition. There is a possibility that she will need to have another surgery by a specialist. However, her foster has been able to control her condition with diet and we are hopeful her new family will be able to do the same. Norah is a typical 6 month old puppy. She loves to play, play, play. She currently lives with 2 other dogs; a younger dog and an older dog. She does great with both. Plays with the younger dog and respects the older dog. She also lives with a cat, that she likes to chase. We think with boundaries and more training she could live with a dog savvy cat. She loves all peoples. She is house and crate trained but is still learning the command "go to bed" to go into her crate on command and she is still learning the basics such as sit. Altough Norah is your typical active puppy, she can also chill out and chew on a nyla bone for hours. Norah would be a fantastic addition to any family. She is one of those dogs that fits in with everyone. Story
WHAT IS YOUR NAME? Hi there, friend! I’m Willow. ARE YOU A BOY OR A GIRL? I am a very sweet girl. HOW OLD ARE YOU? I am around nine years old as of mid-2026 (old enough to know what's important in life: naps, snacks, and cozy couches). WHAT BREED ARE YOU? I am a brindle couch potato with a PhD in relaxation. HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH? Im weighing in at a healthy 40 pounds! I may not look like a superhero, but considering I weighed only 13 pounds when I was rescued, I've made an incredible comeback! WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE? I am the perfect-sized couch companion with beautiful brindle fur and soulful eyes that can convince almost anyone to share a snack. I'm compact, cuddly, and built for snuggling. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT? I eat prescription kibble, and I take my meal schedule very seriously. Breakfast and dinner are the highlights of my day, and I appreciate anyone who serves them on time. WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE? I am the easiest dog you will ever meet. I'm perfectly content napping most of the day, enjoying a short stroll around the neighborhood, and soaking up affection from my humans. I'm low-maintenance, mellow, and incredibly grateful for the simple things in life. As long as my food bowl gets filled twice a day, we're going to get along just fine. DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY: My perfect day starts with waking up and enjoying a delicious breakfast. After that, I'd love to sit beside you on the couch while you drink your morning coffee and give me some gentle pets. Once that's done, it's back to bed for a nice nap. Later, a leisurely walk around the block sounds lovely, followed by—you guessed it—another nap. Dinner should arrive promptly, of course, and afterward I'd be happy to spend the evening lounging beside you on the couch. When I'm tired, I'll politely excuse myself and put myself to bed like the independent lady I am. But don’t forget to tuck me in before you go to bed. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY? I don't really play with toys very often. Every now and then, I might give it a few minutes of attention. But honestly, I'd rather spend my energy perfecting my napping technique. DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS? If being the best dog ever is a trick, then I'm an expert. I also know how to win hearts without even trying. WHAT SCARES YOU? I don't really care for feet. (And honestly, who does?) If they get too close to me, I'll simply move somewhere else. Problem solved. HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN? DO YOU LIKE THEM? I have been around older children. I'm a very mellow girl, so I prefer calm and gentle older kids over lots of running, noise, and chaos. The young humans I've met so far have been sweet and respectful, and I've enjoyed their company. DO YOU LIKE CATS? My foster family doesn't currently have a cat, but I was rescued alongside a cat, so I have some experience sharing my space with feline friends. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS? I can be a little selective about my dog friends. My foster family had a small dog that I grew to love very much before she passed away. I've also lived with a few foster dogs, and we all got along just fine by respecting each other's space. I'm not looking for a wrestling partner—I prefer peaceful coexistence. IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE, WHERE WOULD IT BE? Curled up on a comfy couch, taking a nap somewhere within petting distance of a human. HOW’S YOUR HEALTH? When I first arrived at the rescue, I had several health challenges. Thanks to a tremendous amount of love, medical care, and dedication from the rescue team, I have made an amazing recovery. I still take a few prescriptions and eat a special diet, but I'm feeling great and enjoying life. WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION? I live with two adults, and I love them both equally...at least that's what I tell them. In reality, whoever is preparing my dinner is usually my favorite person in that moment. My foster dad does tend to sneak me extra treats occasionally, so he may have a slight advantage. WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE? I relax in my crate. It's my cozy little retreat where I can nap peacefully until my humans return. WHERE DO YOU SLEEP? I sleep on a nice fluffy bed next to my humans' bed. They keep me in a little fenced area, which makes me feel safe and comfortable. DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH? Absolutely. I walk beautifully on a leash. DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? Honestly? Not really. I don't bark much, I don't dig, and I'm generally a very easy roommate. My biggest flaw might be convincing people that I deserve extra treats. ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)? Yes, I am completely house trained. DO YOU LIKE WATER? No thank you. I firmly believe water belongs in a bowl for drinking. Baths are tolerated because apparently humans insist on them. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY? They're wonderful. They provide delicious food, comfy places to nap, and endless love. In exchange, I generously allow them to share my couch. I especially love all the affection they give me and how safe they've made me feel. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOUR FUTURE ADOPTER? I am so grateful to the amazing people at NorCal Bully Breed Rescue who refused to give up on me when things were rough in my life, but I am now ready to find a family of my very own. I'm looking forward to the final chapter of my journey: finding a forever family to love. Maybe that is you? **WILLOW’S ADOPTION FEE IS $100. If you are interested in adopting Willow, please jump on our website and fill out an adoption application - www.norcalbullybreedrescue.org At this time, we are asking for adopters to be in the Sacramento and IMMEDIATE surrounding areas (which means Sacramento County, parts of El Dorado County and parts of Placer County). Story
Zeus He has been loved for 8 years. The housing arrangement does not allow me to keep him any longer. He is a good boy, great with kids. Not really a fan of small animals, but does ok with bigger breeds. He had his own backyard all this time. Zeus is not aggressive to people. He deserves someone who has time to spend with him and he enjoys being outside.
