Story
Please help with my baby! This Khan, and he is 10 years old. Khan is a pitbull/boxer mix. Body=pitbull, personality=boxer. He is very smart and full of love. He knows all of his basic commands; sit, stay, down, leave it, etc. and is great with kids and other dogs. He just wants to live you and to be loved. Khan does have some challenges. My husband became very ill not long after adopting Khan. Due to lack of time, Khan was not properly trained on a leash, nor kennel trained. With the right person & patience, he can learn. Khan also developed separation anxiety after my husband passed. Khan is also not a fan of water or the car. He has always been an inside dog, so this is a must, PLEASE. My top priority is finding somewhere he is safe and cared for. I thank anyone who reads this & thinks they may be a good fit for my energetic, loving, silly baby boy.

Story
Barracuda, or Cuda for short is a 6 month old and 21.6 pound (and growing) puppy! He is a special guy that was transferred to us for medical treatment. Cuda had a fractured leg, that has been healing due to strict cage rest, which can be very tough for a young and growing puppy! Cuda will need to build up to normal puppy playtimes slowly but has all the normal puppy antics and silliness. One of the volunteers who took him to a brewery stated, `He really did great! I can’t believe he’s a puppy! He did good on the leash, interacting with other dogs and people!`Cuda was living in a foster home and is reported to be mostly potty trained, and very playful! He loves his toys, cuddling, and snacks. Cuda is currently available in the shelter, and can learn some manners and may be too much for some animals.Cuda does not have a history with children but may do well with puppy savvy children.

Coco is a 10-year-old, 69-pound senior lady who loves to lounge. She enjoys casual strolls, tasty treats and carry a tennis ball around. Coco`s adoption fee has been sponsored by a loving fan!Coco has gone to Off- Site events and volunteers have said, `She’s just a chill old gal who I enjoyed every minute with.` She does `Amazing!` in the car and `She sat like an angel and gazed out the window.` and She `Walks on leash perfectly, takes treats gently, lays down when asked too and was very calm and chill with every single person in the public who interacted with her today.`I don`t have a history of living with other dogs, so I may need a slow introduction. I have interacted with other dogs at events and did well with dogs of a similar energy level.I don`t have a history of living with cats, so I may need a slow introduction.I don`t have a history of living with children, but I have done well with children at the shelter and at events. Story
Pringles is a 1 year old 50 pounds. She`s a happy girl who loves to meet new people and play with other dogs! If you`re looking for a friend to take to the park or keep you company on a hike, she would love to come with you! She already knows `sit` and `lay down` and is highly treat motivated, making her a great option for someone who wants to teach their dog fun tricks! Pringles recently went on a FURlough Fieldtrip downtown! She`s an absolute sweetheart! Was good when greeting others and we went to a dog friendly restaurant where she greeted another dog successfully. She would be a great cuddle bug or dog for taking out on the town. I have done well on playdates with dogs at the shelter. I may do well with yours with a proper introduction! I don’t have a history with cats. I may do well with them with a slow introduction.I have a history of living with children. Due to my rambunctious personality, come bring your kids down to meet me!If you are interested in this specific animal, please come to the shelter for walk-in adoptions Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30am to 5:30pm.
