Story
Meet beautiful Betty! She was abandoned and arrived at the shelter on 2/12; she's now available for adoption. The volunteers have really enjoyed getting to know this sweet gal! They describe her as affectionate and friendly. She has such a fun-loving personality and she's very playful! Betty is also attentive to the people around her. It appears as though Betty had puppies not long ago, though none arrived at the shelter with her. Betty will soon be taking the "no more puppies" pledge so that she can work on herself. This loving girl has had a rough go lately and we really want to make sure she only experiences love and the best care from here on out. Betty is approximately 6 years old, and she weighs 45 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Please come meet Betty in run 405; her ID # is 653633. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Story
Theodore is a loving and loyal boy who is easy going and gets along with everyone he meets (dogs included!) Whether he's lounging in the sunlight or snuggling in for a nights rest in his crate he always has a good attitude and goes with the flow. Not high maintenance at all- Theo just wants to spend time with his people and doggy pals. He's come a long way with his leash manners and does great on walks and hikes. In the right setting he can even be let off leash and always comes back when called. Theo does great in a pack and has been so sweet and gentle with his 10lb foster doggy sibling. He loves to snuggle and be close and would most likely be happy to be an only dog as well. Theo is in his goofy adolescent phase and still get very excited at times. Because of this he would do best in a home without small children but would be great with older kids!
