I need to find a family for NICO soon! It breaks my heart that I can’t give him the life he deserves! Nico is a very sweet, healthy and lovable pup and so smart! He is house, crate, leash trained and loves to go for walks. Nico goes to doggy daycare once a week and is dog and cat friendly. He loves children and has never shown any aggression, dog friendly and loves children. currently up to date vaccinations and on heart worm and flea preventative. I adopted Nico 9 months ago. This adorable pup is Saint! He was found out and about as a lost boy w/ ID and brought to the shelter on 2/16. His family was contacted and instead of coming to reclaim him, they decided to surrender him. His former family did inform the shelter that Saint is good with kids and other dogs. We're sad for Saint; the shelter is no place for a puppy. The volunteers describe Saint as everything a pup should be: friendly, curious, playful, and eager to please. While puppies are super cute, they're also a lot of work. Please ensure you have the time, patience, and energy to commit to Saint before adopting. Saint is approximately 7 months old and weighs 40 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped, and he will be heartworm tested upon adoption. Meet this handsome fellow we are naming Fleck. Fleck came to the shelter on 2/17 after getting lost on an adventure. Sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. He arrived with a nice harness. Volunteers describe him as a great dog who came in with a nice harness, quiet in his kennel and is as cute as a button. He is a little strong on the leash but with the some patience, time, guidance, and proper, dedicated training, he can master that task in no time! He is eager to learn everything he needs to know to be a happy, successful pup in your family. Just give him a chance and he will do amazing things. We are hoping when you choose him, you willing to be devoted, committed to him everyday of his life. He deserves because he is family. Period. He is also a smart cookie as he knows to sit when asked and he may know more. This is something you can also teach him as well. Introducing Koolio! He was brought to the shelter on 3/26 because his former pet parents felt he was too stubborn. We find this claim quite surprising because he was anything but stubborn. The volunteers described him as very obedient during his photo session, he sat down when he was asked, and on his way to his photo session, he displayed very good leash etiquette, housetrained, and he is such a cute little boy! Absolutely gorgeous! He needs a person or a family who will take some time out of their busy life and pay proper attention to him. Koolio is only 6 years old and weighs a mere 68lbs. Please take some time and visit with him in Run 803; his ID is 8969. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. He is only 6 years old but he has so much life and love left to give if you would just give him a second chance. Take him on adventures, make him apart of milestones, make him feel like family!!
