Story
STAR is a foster-based rescue. All our rescue animals stay in foster homes until adoption. We do not have a central facility. If you want to meet any of our adoptables please submit an application.  &#226&#156&#168ADOPT BELLA&#226&#156&#168 Your new ride-or-die snuggle buddy 3 years old | 55lbs of pitty perfection &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Potty + crate trained &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Spayed, vaxxed, microchipped &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Loves kids, cuddles & car rides &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Treat-motivated genius No cats, pls - she's a little TOO interested in her kitty friends. Dog-friendly with proper intros! Bella is the total package: part adventure buddy, part couch potato, ALL heart. Her hobbies include stealing blankets, winning hearts, and being the goodest girl ever. Ready to ride home with you? Apply today: www.linktr.ee/starescue All STAR animals come vetted, Up to Date (UTD) on age appropriate shots and testing, spay and neutered (if of age,) and microchipped. AGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, most of the orphaned animals that come into our rescue looking for homes don’t bring birth certificates. Sometimes we know our pets’ ages. Sometimes we don’t. So we make our best guess based on the condition of their teeth and the veterinarians best guess.   BREED DISCLAIMER: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label . Microchips: For the safety of our dogs and peace of mind of our fosters and adopters, STAR microchips all dogs prior to adoption with Petlink Microchips. Please understand that all dogs MUST still wear a collar with ID tags (which include your current information) AT ALL TIMES. Please remember, our foster dogs are extremely important to us-- we will always take any of our dogs back, if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. Never surrender him/her to a shelter! Story
**in a foster home and not at the kennel** Howdy, folks! Name’s Yeehaw! I ain’t your ordinary dog, no siree! My life is like a comedy show, full of twists and turns. So, how did I end up here? Well, I was playing fetch with a donut. Yes, a donut! I ran into a police station, thinking it was a game. Next thing I know, I am being escorted to the shelter. Can you believe that? They thought I was a donut thief! I was just hungry. Now I’m looking for a new home, where the food is plenty and the love never ends. If you are up for some fun, laughter, and endless games of fetch then I’m your dog! I’m super friendly and like other dogs. I am not much for long walks. I prefer fun and games. Sadly, fun and games is what got me here in the first place. Some structure and consistency in my world would be great for me! My mugshot doesn’t say it but I’m about 2 years old and around 40 Lbs. Since I now have a record as a thief (I plead the fifth!), I will need an adult only home who can help me work on trading instead of stealing food and treats! If you got what I need to help me change my ways and keep me on the straight and narrow path then come meet me! I’ll be in my jail cell at k9. Feel free to pre-submit an application for me at k9stray.com and one of my wardens will contact you. *Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats*

Story
🐾 Meet Ridley 🐾Ridley is a shy, 1–2-year-old Pitbull mix who’s looking for a calm and loving home to call his own. This sweet boy loves nothing more than playing with his balls and snuggling up with his favorite person.Ridley does well with other dogs when introduced slowly, but he’d prefer a quieter environment—no young kids for this guy, as too much activity can make him nervous. He’d do best in a home with few visitors, or with a family willing to crate him when guests arrive so he can feel safe and secure.Ridley is both housebroken and crate trained, making him an easy companion for someone patient and understanding. Once he trusts you, his love and loyalty shine through. 💙Please check out our adoption process & on-line application here: https://www.newhopepetrescue.com/Adoption Fee for dogs cover the following vetting:1. Story
My name is Teddy and I am a very sweet boy that loves to cuddle with my person. I get along with other dogs and older kids. I am not good with cats or small animals as I do have a strong prey drive. I would love a fenced yard where I can bask in the sun and maybe chase a squirrel now and then. I hope to find my family soon, is that you?Apply to meet me today by going to www.newhopepetrescue.comPlease check out our adoption process & on-line application here: https://www.newhopepetrescue.com/Adoption Fee for dogs cover the following vetting:1.
