Story
Sonny is 9 months old. He was abandoned in Memphis, TN in March 2023, so I took him in to live with my other dog and me. His favorite part of each day is breakfast - he sits and waits patiently for each meal. Sonny is always happy to meet new people and dogs, but would likely thrive as an only pet in the home. He is strong-willed and would do best with a firm owner who can be strict with him. Over the past few months, Sonny has taken to house training and basic commands. He is highly trainable, loyal, and food-motivated. Aside from the occasional nap, Sonny loves swimming and playing all day. He has a curious nature and likes to explore. Sonny would do best in a home where someone can provide him daily exercise and one-on-one attention. He is a care-free little guy, but might benefit from a consistent routine.

Story
Ari, is a black Staffordshire. She loves to cuddle, she will make you pet her for hours. She is a rescue from a family friend , she was caged up for most of her life & not really exposed to many things so she can be pretty stubborn. Ari would prefer to be the only dog in the home IF there are going to be female dogs, she doesn’t mind males, she’s just old and grumpy. she loves to go for walks, I’m not sure of her age, she might be around 7 years old. I prefer somewhere where she is loved & shown patience. Somewhere with land… she loves hard & just wants to be by your side.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please understand that we get many applications for our available dogs. We review each application and do our absolute best in choosing a home that best suits each dog and his/her needs and personality. LEVEL 4 HEART MURMURHave you been looking for love in all the wrong places? Are you asking yourself how do you mend a broken heart? Well stop in the name of love and meet Tank! Tank has nothing but LOVE to give. He LOVES people (big and especially small) even though his last people were not nice and painted him red and left him behind when they moved. Tank may cure your broken heart, but his is a little broken, having a grade 4 heart murmur. Tank does not require meds for his heart, he is up to date on vaccines and neutered. His coat is sparse we think it's due to the paint, it is coming in thicker every day, but may not come back fully. Tank DOES need to be an only dog. Tank can be your boogie man and dance the night away or possibly your candy man - either way his love will truly put music in your ears. Please let us know if you'd like to meet this hunka burnin' love!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 20, 2023, 2:56 pm

Story
Aethelred is 80 pounds of sweet goofy American bully! He came to us as a stray and honestly, we can't believe no one came for the big block head. He has been a big gentle giant which is good because...how can we put this politely?....he's one fry short of a Happy Meal! He doesn't spend a lot of time worrying and no one is going to accuse him of being too smart for his own good but he has the biggest heart and the sweetest disposition. He isn't playful with other dogs but he's pretty happy to just wander with them. When he comes bounding toward you across the yard your heart will melt (unless he misjudges the distance in which case you'll be cuddling with him on the ground!)
