If you enjoy hiking she is the perfect dog for you----she is always up for an adventure! She gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with kids. She has never hurt a cat but she does enjoy chasing them. She is very loyal, protective, and will you keep or your family safe and loved. Freya is house trained, potty trained, leash trained, and is even off-leash trained. She has no major health issues. If you are up for a large breed and a loving companion, Freya is the perfect dog for you :)

This handsome boy was picked up running at large and based on Facebook posts it was about his third or fourth offense, but no one claimed him. We are guessing that he was a failure at being a livestock guardian because he’s way too social. He’s always wanting to visit someone new. Charlie is a little over a year old and weighs 121 lbs. He was very thin when he first came to us but is now at his perfect weight. He is neutered, up to date on required vaccines, microchipped and heartworm tested negative. He’s house trained and he loves other dogs, but he is a big guy. He also will require a tall fence, and you will have to keep an eye on him because again he likes to visit new people. He also has an obsession with deer! For that reason, a privacy fence would be ideal if you have deer around your home. He’s affectionate and likes to lean on you. He is learning commands like sit and stay and he really tries to please! This is what his foster mom says about him " Charlie is amazing. He is housebroken, loves to be hugged, hasn’t chewed anything up, likes to play but is content just to chill. He walks beautifully on a leash and likes to say hi to everyone he meets. Charlie enjoys sitting and looking out the window, hanging around in the kitchen especially when I’m cooking and going for car rides". Although this breed is known for having a stubborn streak, Charlie seems to understand a few commands wait, it’s ok, no, come, let’s go and he will even sit for a treat. But his favorite is Good Boy Charlie❤️" This guy would be a great dog for an active loving family. He’s so sweet! Sasha came to us from ACCT Philly after being surrendered by her previous owner due to a change in work schedule. At 70 pounds, she's a big girl with an even bigger heart. According to her former owner, Sasha is affectionate, food-motivated, housebroken, and partially crate trained. She knows basic commands like "sit" and "come" and walks nicely on a leash. She was reported to be friendly with children, curious about cats, and playful with other dogs. Since arriving with us, Sasha has been a little unsure of herself as she adjusts to all the changes in her life. Our volunteers have been spending plenty of time with her, helping her build confidence and reminding her just how loved she is. Each day, we're seeing more of the sweet girl she's meant to be. Sasha is looking for a family that will give her the patience, kindness, and stability she deserves. This handsome fella is Dukey; heâÂÂs a 1 Â½ year old mix of Great Pyr and Anatolian Shepherd. He was missing from his original home for some time and returned extremely thin and missing hair. His owners surrendered him to us and heâÂÂs now 50 pounds on his way to about 60, and his coat is filling in nicely! A good boy, he is sweet, friendly, gives shakes, and is very loving and gentle. He is not fond of other dogs, however, so, although weâÂÂre working on this, at this point he should be the only dog in the home. He is a fine boy who needs a home with a devoted family!
