Meet Roo Roo is an affectionate, couch-loving girl who bonds deeply with her people and thrives in a home where she can be the center of attention. She’s fully potty trained, crate trained, and enjoys the simple pleasures in life—snuggling on the couch, ear and face rubs, and flopping onto her back with her feet in the air while she happily chews on a toy. Roo loves getting outside and going on walks, especially when she can explore new trails. She walks well on leash, sits politely for her harness, and knows her basic commands. With her people, she is sweet, attentive, and very loving. Roo does have some challenges that are important to be upfront about. She is reactive to other dogs while walking on leash and will need continued, consistent training to help her navigate those moments. Because of this, Roo needs to be the only dog in the home and would do best with an adopter who understands leash reactivity or is willing to work with a trainer to support her ongoing progress. In the right environment—one where her needs are understood and respected—Roo is a loyal, affectionate companion who truly shines. She’s looking for a home that values connection, routine, and patience, and in return she’ll offer plenty of love, snuggles, and happy trail adventures. This handsome boy was picked up running at large and based on Facebook posts it was about his third or fourth offense, but no one claimed him. We are guessing that he was a failure at being a livestock guardian because he’s way too social. He’s always wanting to visit someone new. Charlie is a little over a year old and weighs 121 lbs. He was very thin when he first came to us but is now at his perfect weight. He is neutered, up to date on required vaccines, microchipped and heartworm tested negative. He’s house trained and he loves other dogs, but he is a big guy. He also will require a tall fence, and you will have to keep an eye on him because again he likes to visit new people. He also has an obsession with deer! For that reason, a privacy fence would be ideal if you have deer around your home. He’s affectionate and likes to lean on you. He is learning commands like sit and stay and he really tries to please! This is what his foster mom says about him " Charlie is amazing. He is housebroken, loves to be hugged, hasn’t chewed anything up, likes to play but is content just to chill. He walks beautifully on a leash and likes to say hi to everyone he meets. Charlie enjoys sitting and looking out the window, hanging around in the kitchen especially when I’m cooking and going for car rides". Although this breed is known for having a stubborn streak, Charlie seems to understand a few commands wait, it’s ok, no, come, let’s go and he will even sit for a treat. But his favorite is Good Boy Charlie❤️" This guy would be a great dog for an active loving family. He’s so sweet! Freya is a beautiful, 6 year-old, female Anatolian Shepherd. She is a 103 lb bundle of joy. She is sweet, gentle, kind, loves pets and giving kisses. She loves to play and adores the outdoors. If you enjoy hiking she is the perfect dog for you----she is always up for an adventure! She gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with kids. She has never hurt a cat but she does enjoy chasing them. She is very loyal, protective, and will you keep or your family safe and loved. Freya is house trained, potty trained, leash trained, and is even off-leash trained. She has no major health issues. If you are up for a large breed and a loving companion, Freya is the perfect dog for you :)P.S, she has a wonderful sister named Luna (pitbull mix, age 4) who she is very attached to. This handsome boy named Bacon was born to a momma dog named Beverly and saved by our rescue. Beverly was pregnant when we pulled her from a shelter minutes before euthanasia and we were not aware she was pregnant at the time. Beverly gave birth to 11 most adorable puppies and they are approximately 2 months old now and roughly 6-7 lbs. We are looking for homes for the entire sweet litter (6 boys, 5 girls). All are very special in their own way. Bacon is a heartbreaker already! He has the sweetest face and personality. He is gentle and loveable. Bacon loves playing with his brothers and sisters. All puppies have received first vaccinations and are ready for adoption. They will be in foster status until spay/neutered when they are old enough.
