Story
Meet Pugsley! This sweet baby is one of our 9 "Wednesday litter" we have in our rescue. We pulled Mama and babies (Mama's picture is also included in the photoset) from euthanasia in Texas. She and her babies are currently settled in a foster home. These sweet babies are ready to go to their forever homes now! Pugsley is the whole package- playful, affectionate, and incredibly smart. If he isn’t busy playing with his dog friends, this upbeat pup loves to entertain himself with his toys, work on a chew or snuggle up on the couch. He gives the sweetest kisses, makes the cutest little puppy noises and has a gentle, affectionate way of bonding with his people, especially when he first wakes up from a nap. He thrives on connection and is happiest when he’s close to his humans or dog friends. He is very smart and easy to train, especially when food is involved. Apples, bananas and cheese are some of his favorites. He is great with his potty training and has been working on basic commands such as sit, down and touch. With a little positive reinforcement, he’ll master whatever you’d like to teach him! Pugsley would love a family of his own and will make a great addition. If you’re looking for a joyful, loving companion who brings equal parts entertainment and affection, Pugsley might just be your perfect match! Neuter, microchip, and current vaccines all included in their adoption fee. If you are interested in getting set up to adopt one of these babies please apply below: freedomboundhounds.com/adopt

Story
Loki is a 7-month-old intact Mini Australian Shepherd who is smart, playful, and very people-oriented with his trusted humans. He loves training, toys, fetch, and thrives with structure, routine, and regular exercise. He’s affectionate, rarely barks, and is not destructive. Loki does best with experienced dog owners, ideally familiar with herding breeds. He’s excellent with other dogs and does great with people outside of the home. He struggles with fear-based reactivity toward unfamiliar people inside the home and has had a couple of nipping incidents. He does best with distance, calm routines, and being ignored by visitors. Because of this, he needs a low- visitor home with thoughtful and managed introductions. In the right environment, Loki has great potential to be a loyal, fun companion. This is not an urgent rehoming — our priority is a safe, permanent match.
