Story
Little Rylen is close to 3 years old and looking for his very own family! Rylen joined our rescue when he was found as a stray. He had a previous leg injury that was likely from being hit by a car, but it doesn't bother him at all. Rylen loves to play with other dogs and bounces around like the happy puppy that he is. He has a wonderful play style and is very respectful to other dogs. He's very energetic and needs exercise. Unfortunately he has been returned to us only for that reason, so it's important that having something to do, and an energy outlet is a constant in his future. He is a dog that wants and needs to be involved in his owner's life. He loves to learn and is super proud of himself when he nails something new. He will be the perfect match for someone that loves running in the foothills, mountain biking, walking the greenbelt, can take their dog to work, or is simply committed to getting him some daily exercise. After his morning walk, he is a low energy guy who is happy to lay around the house. He is crate trained and comfortable in his kennel. Neuter, current vaccines, and microchip included in his adoption fee. Please start with the adoption form: freedomboundhounds.com/adopt Rylen is based in Boise, but is available for direct adoption throughout the PNW with transport included at no extra charge.

She and her babies are currently settled in a foster home and ready to find their forever families! At 9 weeks old, Gomez loves to play with his dog friends, then come in for a cuddle with his humans. At 13 pounds, he loves other dogs (of all sizes) and seems fine with cats and small children. Gomez is coming along well with potty and kennel training. He is now used to wearing a harness and will soon start to work with a leash. Gomez wants to be somebody’s best friend for life! Story
Meet Paco – Your Loyal Shadow and Playful Pup Paco is a handsome brown and white hound mix with a heart as big as his floppy ears. This affectionate boy is thriving in his foster home and is now ready to find a forever family of his very own — ideally one with a fenced yard, a playful dog friend, and humans who will include him in their daily life. He bonds deeply and loves nothing more than being close to his people. Paco is house-trained, great on a leash, and eager to please. He loves to romp and wrestle with other dogs and is surprisingly respectful around chickens — a true southern gentleman. He’s curious with cats and learning to be polite with them, taking gentle correction well. After a fun day, Paco prefers to sleep snuggled up with his foster mom, but he also does great overnight in a crate when needed. Being outdoors is Paco’s happy place. He enjoys exploring, sunbathing, and relaxing in the grass, and he’s a fan of splashing in the water to cool off on warm days. Car rides are becoming more comfortable for him, and with continued positive experiences, he’ll soon be a confident travel buddy. Paco is the perfect match for someone seeking a loyal, cuddly, dog-friendly companion with a sweet spirit and a playful heart. If you’re ready for a devoted shadow who will follow you from the garden to the couch, look no further — Paco is ready to love you for life. Paco is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX but can be transported to the PNW and NE. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. To apply directly for Paco, push the "Apply for Adoption" button. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-722 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org.
