Story
Spot is just adorable! He is a 6-8-month-old neutered male Heeler mix. Possibly with husky but more likely with Australian Shepherd. One of those two breeds gave him his pretty blue eye. He has no prey drive, so I'm suspecting it's probably not husky! He gets along great with all the animals here on the farm, cats, chickens included. He has never met a dog that he doesn't become instant friends with and he has no shyness at all with meeting new people. He has done very well with his house breaking and his crate training. He is a puppy though so you can expect an accident or two. He is in his chewing stage and so needs to be provided with many toys and chews. He would love a home with another dog to play with or some kind, well supervised children. He rides great in the car, a little scared and unsure but lays there quietly and waits till you get to your destination. He was impounded as a stray at large in southern Idaho and ended up in a kill shelter. We pulled him and brought him here to be somebody's new best Pacific Northwest outdoor exploring, camping and hiking buddy!

Story
Scarlet’s story is still unfolding, and her next chapter could be written with you. After arriving at SNARF from Southern Utah, this gentle girl has been quietly showing just how special she is. Believed to be between 9 months and 1 year old, Scarlet is fully vetted and ready for a foster-to-adopt home where she can finally relax, feel safe, and begin to truly shine. At around 40 pounds, Scarlet is the perfect medium size with a soft, sweet presence. She is potty trained, learning her basic commands, and does well with people, dogs, and cats. A little shy at first, Scarlet blossoms once trust is built, revealing a tender and loving soul. She’s searching for a patient, kind-hearted home with another dog to play with that will nurture her confidence and walk beside her as she grows into the wonderful dog she’s meant to be.

Story
Sable was found abandoned with her littermates and is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. This sweet girl is under-socialized, but she grows more confident and outgoing each day. With patience, kindness, and standard puppy training, Sable will become a loyal and affectionate companion. As a young herding-breed mix, she would love a home with room to run and play. She has done well with other dogs, her compatibility with cats is unknown, and she would do best with slightly older children who can respect her space as she builds confidence. 🐶 6-month-old puppy ❤️ Sweet and sensitive 🌸 Blossoming more confident every day 🏡 Needs a patient and loving home 🎓 Ready for standard puppy training 🐾 Good with other dogs 🐱 Cat compatibility unknown 🧒 Best with older, respectful children 🌳 Would love room to run and play 🐕 Smart red heeler mix ✨ Will reward your patience with lifelong love
