Story
Meet George! 💙 George is a young cattle dog mix, estimated to be just over a year old, who came to us through animal control—so his past is a bit of a mystery. What we do know is that he’s a bright, energetic boy with that classic cattle dog curiosity and zest for life. George is still learning the ropes and would benefit from continued training, structure, and plenty of mental and physical enrichment. He’s at a great age to grow into an amazing companion with the right guidance. An active home that understands working breeds would be ideal for this handsome guy. If you’re looking for a smart, fun-loving pup who’s ready to start his next chapter, George might be your perfect match! 🐾

Story
Jupiter is a sweet, goofy, affectionate young boy who absolutely loves being near his people. He’s playful and energetic when it’s time for fun, but he also enjoys naps and hanging out with you. Belly rubs? Yes please. Walks? Even better. Jupiter is crate trained and does well when kenneled. If left out unattended, he may get curious and check the trash, so structure and routine will help him succeed. He is mostly housebroken and listens well. He knows sit and stay and walks nicely on a leash. He enjoys playing outside and loves fetch (though sometimes he prefers to run off proudly with the toy instead of bringing it back 😄). Jupiter has grown up with small children and has done well with kids of all ages. He loves attention and hasn’t shown aggression toward people. He can live with some dogs with proper introductions. He has chased cats in the past, so slow introductions and supervision would be important. ⚠️ Important to note: Jupiter may bark when playing, if someone knocks at the door, or when other dogs bark. He can also escape yards if there are gaps, so a secure fence is a must. 💙 The Perfect Home for Jupiter: A loving home that can provide structure, attention, and consistency. He would thrive with an active family who enjoys walks, playtime, and snuggles. A secure yard and supervision will help him continue to grow into the amazing dog he is. Jupiter is ready to find a safe, loving forever home where he can be someone’s best friend for life. He is the brother to Cinnabon, son of Nia, and was from an unplanned litter. Surrendered due to health issues with the owner.

Story
Got Charlie after some teenagers abandoned her, and I have had her for a little over a year now. We sadly moved to an apartment after living in a house with a nice big yard, and I noticed a difference in her mood. She is such a bright, happy, and energetic pup who needs a backyard to run in. She is a year and a half old. Her birthday is September 6, 2024. Her favorite thing to do is go for a car ride. She is good with other animals (not squirrels or birds) and kids, and she loves pets and cuddles.
