Lola Moon`s Compatibility:Dogs: - Yes, prefers to coexist, not playCats: No, thanksKids: Yes, dog-savvy teens are a great fit (14+)Lola Moon is a one-of-a-kind girl with a big personality, a love for the outdoors, and a name that sounds like she should be in a folk band. She’s clever, sensitive, and has a strong herding instinct, which means she takes her job of “supervising the household” very seriously. She was found as a stray a couple years ago and has spent most of her time since then exploring big open spaces and perfecting her favorite hobbies: sticking close to her people, chasing the occasional leaf (or cat), and making her opinions about strangers very clear. She’s not a social butterfly; she’d prefer a tight circle of trusted humans who respect her space and understand her working-dog brain.Lola’s ideal home is calm, consistent, and structured. She’ll thrive with someone who’s ready to work with her, advocate for her needs, and build a relationship based on trust and mutual understanding. She has completed a board-and-train program, knows her basic cues, and does best with positive reinforcement and routine. While she may not want to be the life of the party, Lola has so much love to give to the people she trusts. She’s loyal, smart, and goofy in her own way. If you give her a chance, she just might be your ride-or-die hiking buddy, backyard adventurer, and best friend. She’s not for everyone, but if she’s for you, she’s really for you. Come meet Lola Moon and see if her orbit feels like home.

Story
This is Juniper, she is an energetic, strong, loving dog who loves to play, take walks, and go for car rides. She likes to play with her tennis balls and lobster toy if you're up for it. She takes baths very well and is house trained. She would do best in a home without any other animals where she can sit on you and get lots of attention. We got her from the shelter as a stray about 5 months ago, they said she was 5 years old but a trainer said she might be much younger. She doesn't have to keep the name Juniper, we named her that. We love her very much but she scares our cats and she is very afraid of other dogs (maybe from an attack from her past?) She also doesn't seem to like teenagers but that's up for debate. We both have 14 yr old siblings and when they come over Juni heavily resource guards. When you adopt her, we will give you the food we have left over, her toys, her two bowls, shampoo, paperwork, new poop scooper, poop bags, treats, and collar + harness + leash.

Story
* This is Lucy’s last 2 days with us, her last chance for adoption * Lucy was adopted 7/2021 from a local pet shelter. She was trained at a 2 week boarding program. She knows all the commands but can be stubborn. She is very loving toward my daughter, myself and some men, but fearful of others, specifically my husband. Her behavior toward him has increasingly worsened. She can also be reactive to other animals, strangers, and sometimes bikes when we are out on walks and jogs. We have had other trainers work with her but still has problem with my husband. She is a working dog without a job. She needs to run, enjoys being outside but we don’t have a fenced yard. She is on anxiety medications, showing improvements. She is playful and loves to fetch, and can be very affectionate. It seems like she would be good within a small household as she seems to attach to one or two people. Unfortunately, she is scheduled to be surrendered to Marion County mid-May, if we can’t rehome her.

$1000 reward for anyone that finds or returns Sid to us!! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! Sid has been missing since June 13, 2022 from his foster home in Indianapolis Indiana from Meridian park 46205 area. Meet Sid! His mom is Clare the cattle dog mix. He is 1 year old and ever so sweet. Super food motivated. Hes about 28 pounds and at most he will be 33 pounds. Sid ended up with us because he was one of nine dogs confiscated in a cruelty case. Sid was labeled feral and needed help to gain trust, confidence being handled. Sid has exceeded our expectations. He is AMAZING and by far the most awesome little guy ever. He is great with all dogs, cats, and strongly believe he will be perfect with pet friendly kids. A fenced yard is a must. An active home who will continue to allow him to experience life. Daily walks, going on hikes and trails, swimming, OMG he loves swimming. He needs a active outdoor activity loving family with at least 1 or 2 playful dogs in the home. He loves, loves loves car rides and every day he gets better meeting and trusting people. Sid is crate trained and house broken, he walks great on leash and is extremely food motivated. Sid is house and crate trained up to date on all appropriate core vaccines including lepto, rabies, dewormed, fecal tested negative, microchipped, neutered, and on monthly heartworm flea/tick prevention. Updated: 2/1/2023 www.animalhousesanctuary.org We believe training is an ongoing process that needs to be worked on daily. New issues that arise, need to be addressed and/or rewarded. Understanding that continued training is a lifetime commitment, is very important. Out-of-state adopters are welcome at the adopter's expense. Meet & Greets are a required before proceeding with an adoption. We DO NOT ship any of our pets.
