We rescued Pepper when she was 2. She is now 12 and weighs 25 lbs. She is actually a Blue Heeler Chihuahua mix. She is house trained and knows her basic commands and a few other things. She is up to date on vaccines and heart worm prevention. She can be quit anxious when riding in the car and going to the vet. She goes to doggy daycare and gets along with the dogs there, but gets a little aggressive with my other one. I think this because she has "claimed" me and that's why she acts that way. Being with a dog that already has marked it's territory, she should be fine. I originally thought she would do best in a single pet family, but I think I have her figured out a little more.
