Story
Sweet Willow had a rough start in life, but is ready to find her forever home and have her happily ever after! She came to us afraid of human touch and has since blossomed in her foster home and loves being around her foster family. She bonded quickly with her best fur buddy, Hallie and now they are inseparable! They love hanging out, running in the yard and taking naps together. Willow is crate and potty-trained and is just the best little girl! She can't wait to meet her forever family and make new, wonderful memories with them! She would do best with another dog to play with and learn from.

Story
Toby is a brilliant 2 and a half year old Australian cattle dog whose incredibly smart and has a ton of energy. He loves to play fetch and has been learning how to catch a frisbee. He knows all the basic commands, sit, lay, stay, shake, and is house trained. Unfortunately I work a lot and live in an apartment so I just cant give him the life he deserves. He’s not good with other dogs, we are working on it and im sure its something that can be trained out but going to a home with no dogs or an experienced owner is probably best. If i can find him a home with some land or at least a backyard that would be amazing. He is extremely loyal and will be a great companion to someone with the right situation. Im willing to drive anywhere in the US for the right person.

Story
Volunteer notes, 6/26/24:Baxter is high energy and loves to run. He will come when called. Affectionate.Volunteer notes, 5/12/24:Loved chasing then bringing back the tennis ball. Enjoyed a longer walk, curious to sights and sounds, but not pulling. Startled my movement in the woods, but recovered, no pulling to chase anything. Enjoyed being petted, sitting in the grass togetherVolunteer notes, 5/7/24:Today we learned that Baxter loves to chase balls, but his idea of playing fetch is to touch the ball with his nose and run back. He is sweet, friendly, goofy, and hilarious. He loves treats!Volunteer notes, 5/2/24:Baxter is a bouncy, goofy little love bug who is absolutely delightful to play with in the yard. He loves to show off his zoomies and ball fetching skills, and will demonstrate his knowledge of commands in exchange for treats. You cannot watch this dog play without laughing; he is full of infectious joy!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Sid is a fun guy with big ears and lots of personality. He is very treat motivated and a quick learner. He loves to cuddle and be with his person.  This handsome canine friend has a leash aggression trait, which means that he thrives best in a home where he can be the sole dog. Sid's ideal environment includes a fenced yard, allowing him the space to explore, play, and enjoy the outdoors in a secure setting. In his foster home, Sid has shown great compatibility with other dogs. However, it's important to note that when meeting new canine friends while on a leash, Sid might take a bit of time to warm up. Patience is the key with Sid, as he transitions from cautious to comfortable when introduced to other dogs in a controlled manner. Sid's journey has shaped him into a loyal and loving companion, and his unique needs add a layer of charm to his personality. While he may need some time to build trust with other dogs, the rewards of having Sid as part of your family are immeasurable. To apply for adoption visit: https://www.pawfectmatch.org/info/adoptionVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 5:10 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Meet Millie! Millie is about 2 years old and 50 pounds. Millie and her 11 puppies made their way to North Carolina from Louisiana in search of their forever homes. Millie is a happy-go-lucky gal who adapts to whatever situation she is in! Millie LOVES to play outside with the other dogs in her foster home, and she loves a good stuffed animal to play with (she has yet to destuff her stuffies too!)! Although Millie is a young and active girl, she also loves a good couch nap - but she will never turn down the opportunity to run and play. For the most part, Millie is quiet at home, but she is vocal when wrestling with her canine friends and she enjoys narrating the situation when meeting new people! Millie loves to play with both dogs & cats - she does not discriminate when it comes to making friends! Millie is an affectionate girl, who soaks up any attention from any species, but she is great at entertaining herself when everyone else is busy. Millie has done great walking on a leash around her foster home's yard, but she must be walked on a harness because she can wiggle her way out of a collar faster than you can blink! Millie also enjoys pancaking her body underneath any gaps in fences, so if you have a fenced-in yard please be aware of any trouble spots that may need to be addressed before allowing her to go out alone. Other than these issues, Millie has been a wonderful foster pup. She does not try to bolt out of opened doors, she is fully potty trained, she shares toys, and is genuinely just happy to be wherever you are. Millie has not shown any destructive behaviors indoors & she doesn't make a peep when crated. Millie is in great health, is spayed & up to date on her vaccinations   You can apply here to adopt Millie: https://www.pawfectmatch.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=20446879 For daily updates on Millies' stay at her foster home, you can check out her foster family's Instagram @bernie.dallas.gizmoVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 26, 2024, 5:10 pm
