Bandit is a 10 mth old neutered male Australian Cattle Dog. He weighs 34 lbs. Bandit was pulled from our local animal shelter. Bandit is a very good boy. He is so willing to please and ready to learn anything you would like to teach him. He has a moderate energy level and a wonderful temperament. He will require an owner who will spend time with him. He is a smart boy who thrives on learning new things. He would be a great hiking partner or just best bud. He would love to show you how smart he is. He can't wait to find his forever best friend. We are unsure if he is house trained. He has been great with other dogs and children. He is up to date on shots and wormed. He is already neutered. The adoption fee is $250. He’s making great progress with potty training, does well in his crate, and loves playing with the pets in his foster home. He’s currently learning his leash manners and, like many herding breeds, has plenty of energy to spare—so a fenced yard will be best for him. We think Cooper has the potential to really shine in agility or other active training activities! Before adopting, we always encourage families to research the breed to make sure the energy level, temperament, and lifestyle needs are a good match. Cooper is an amazing pup who will thrive with an active family ready to help him reach his full potential. New foster dogs need time to feel safe.
