Story
A Message from Sombrero (aka Sammie, Sam Sam, Mr. Handsome)   Hey there, I’m Sombrero — but my friends call me Sammie (or Sam Sam when I’m being extra cute). I’m a 2-year-old, 44-pound Heeler mix with the perfect combo of spice, smarts, and snuggles.   Let’s get the important stuff out of the way: I’m house-trained and do not do crates — no thank you. Been there, don’t like it. I love toys, bones, and pup cups (like… a lot). I give excellent kisses and have a PhD in snuggling. My hobbies include rearranging blankets, snoring with my tongue out, and practicing my best “I didn’t do it” face.   I’m great with other dogs — big, small, goofy, chill — I love them all. I do my best to be a gentleman, but hey, I’m a spunky Heeler, so sometimes my energy shows. I’m learning lay down, back up, and how not to pull on the leash (progress, not perfection, right?).   Loud noises? Hard pass. Vacuums and lawn mowers? I’ll let the humans handle that chaos. But close the door or let me chill outside, and I’m fine.   I take my time getting comfy in new places, but once I know I’m safe, I turn into your loyal little shadow — goofy grin, wagging tail, and all. I’m looking for someone patient, playful, and ready for a lifetime of love (and pup cups).   So, what do you say? Want to be my person?   Love, Sammie the Snuggle Bandit ##2360185##

Story
This is Otis Campbell. Otis is a 55lb cattle dog/ Husky mix. Found as a stray in Southeast OKC, we suspect Otis was dumped and left on his own. Even though he's had a rough time, Otis is a gentle, well-mannered, good boy that loves everyone he meets.  He has a great personality and would do well in a family of any size. Otis gets along with dogs and cats, so he would make a great new addition if you’re considering adding another pet to your family as well.We think Otis is around 1 year old. He is fully vetted, vaccinated, neutered, chipped, potty trained and healthy. Otis’ only vice is that he likes to chase wildlife and cars, so his new family needs to have a fenced backyard to keep Otis safe.If you are interested in meeting Otis, contact 405 Animal Rescue. ##2441123##

Story
Meet Koda! adult dog (around 2-4 years old) who was originally found as a stray before we fostered him. He has a TON of energy but the biggest lover. Loves to play, but sometimes can be too much for other dogs. Because of that he would do good with a very tolerant dog friend who can handle my enegry or by myself. He has been around 2 small children under 5 but I think he would thrive more in a older home or an active household. He can get excited fast and will start doing zoomie tornadoes! A fenced backyard or land to run on is a must. He does well in crates or in a closed off room with toys, chewies. He can be pretty shy at first but opens up fast and loves to cuddle. If you have any questions let us know!

Story
Duke is one year old, we got him from a family friend who needed to give him a home; however, our schedules are not providing the life he needs. We have acreage and a temperature controlled barn that allowed him to be outdoor dog but he is super smart and able to be house trained. He is super friendly, energetic, and pretty.
