Ok, lets air it ALL out here!! Lester is NOT my given name...... it was a nickname given to me when I was saved at a gas station and attempted to "own" half the rescue crew by.... wait for it.... hump them!! Thus, Lester the **lester was born...But NOW my humping is done, I am neutered and happy and playful and much more respectful of my people! I am a gorgeous boy, and super friendly. I was found be a trucker at a truck stop- looking for love in all the wrong places :( BUT, he contacted the rescue who swooped down and saved me!! And I have been living the LIFE ever since :0 However, my life is NOT complete without my OWN family! No one really knows how i ended up at the truck stop, but you should know that I was loyal til the end..... waited and watched for my family at all hours of the day and night.... AND I will be that loyal to YOU and YOUR FAMILY! so adopt me so I don't have to watch and wait anymore ;D Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Amber & Nibblett – Two Texas Sweethearts Looking for Their Forever Homes! Found trotting side-by-side down a country road in Texas, these two adorable girls are as sweet as a sunset and twice as charming. Though they’re bonded buddies, they’re also confident enough to thrive separately in loving homes. Amber is a stunning 1-year-old chocolate-colored cattle dog mix with mesmerizing amber eyes to match her name. She is smart, loyal, and loves a good game of fetch or a squeaky toy to keep her entertained. Whether she’s playing outside or lounging after a walk, Amber is always ready to be your shadow and steal your heart. Nibblett, a Cream Puff (just look at her and you’ll see why we call her that!) is a dainty, 8 pound chihuahua with adorable caramel-colored markings and a big personality packed into a tiny body. She’s spunky, curious, and the ultimate lap dog once playtime is over. She is also about a year old. Both girls are housebroken, crate trained, and know basic commands – in other words, total pros! They’re incredibly friendly, love human company, and are great with routine. When you’re not around, they entertain each other with toys and tail wags, making them a perfect fit for someone with a busy schedule. Whether adopted together or separately, Amber and Nibblett are ready to bring love, laughter, and loyalty into your life. Could one (or both!) of these lovely ladies be your next best friend :) Local adoption is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Phoebe – The Loyal, Loving Red Heeler Ready to Steal Your Heart! If you're looking for a best friend who’s smart, devoted, and full of personality, Phoebe is your girl. Phoebe is a 3-year-old Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler)/Terrier mix who has all the qualities people love about this incredible breed. She’s intelligent, alert, affectionate, and loyal to the core. She's spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and preventions. Phoebe is crate trained, house trained, and thrives in a structured environment. She enjoys routine and will often put herself to bed in her crate if she sees you reach for the milkbone box. She’s been living in a foster home with kids, cats, and other dogs. While she can be selective with new dog friends, she does great with proper introductions, especially with non-dominant dogs. This girl is an athlete at heart with a strong prey drive (squirrels beware), but she’s also happy to relax nearby, soaking in the sounds of a busy household or watching the world go by from a comfy crate. She is smart as a whip, deeply loyal, and follows the rules beautifully once she knows you’re the leader. As her foster mom, I can tell you Phoebe is an amazing companion. She is quiet in her crate, gets along great with my dogs, and adores my kids. Her previous returns were not her fault. She just needs someone who understands the heart and drive of a Cattle Dog. She is truly a gem who wants nothing more than to be someone’s forever sidekick. Phoebe would thrive in a home that can offer her routine, gentle leadership, and a little time to adjust. If you can offer that, she will repay you tenfold with loyalty, love, and lifelong friendship. Ready to meet your perfect match? Apply to adopt Phoebe today and give this beautiful girl the home she’s been waiting for. $200 Local Adoption Fee (in Texas) $450 Out of State Fee (includes transport to your area)

Story
Howdy, the name's Leonard! They say my cowboy casanova days are over. There I was out on the interstate herding up the big metal cows running super fast, having a strange but interesting time with my bros. When out of nowhere a person hopped out of their car and wrangled us up. I did appreciate getting out of the heat but who's gonna herd those metal cows man! Anyway here's the deal: I am the last of 3 pups. I'm looking to be adopted soon! I'm social, friendly, eager to please, and excited to get out into the world! My pals and I were found dumped on the side of the road in bad condition but we are so lucky to have gotten a second chance at life! Now we're healthy, strong and the best pups on the farm! I am learning how to walk well on a leash so I don't pull my future adopters all around town. I love squeaky toys! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Are you in search of a one-of-a-kind serial kisser? Well, look no further, because I, Mandy, am the dog you've been waiting for! I come with a mix of awesomeness and a charming personality that's sure to steal your heart. I can be delightfully laid-back, enjoying those calm moments, or I can transform into a bouncing ball of joy when the mood strikes. Walks and jogs? Count me in, especially if you're by my side. But here's the thing-I love playing with other dogs so much that I often choose their company over toys. Let's talk sunbathing. If your couch has that perfect spot for catching rays, you can bet I'll be there, soaking it all in. I'm a big fan of lounging, whether it's under tables, during dinner time, while you're working at your desk, or even when you're cuddled up in bed. I'm all about being close to my people, and if you choose to adopt me, I'll be all about you! I'm a sociable girl, getting along well with other dogs and kids (especially with submissive/non-dominant dogs). My crate training and potty training with a doggy door are top-notch. I'm a pro at commands like going to my crate and sitting patiently. Now, about my diet-here's the deal: I have EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency), which means my pancreas doesn't produce the enzymes I need to digest food properly. Thanks to some attentive rescuers and veterinary care, we've got it all figured out. I'll need a specific diet and a pancreatic enzyme replacement supplement to keep me feeling great. Think of it as a special appetizer and entree at every meal. EPI won't slow me down, and I'm ready to trade serial kisses for a loving forever home day in and day out. So, how about it?
