Story
Huck is a sweet playful and outgoing boy who had a lot of changes recently. His owners are getting divorced and moving. Huck has been great with kids, other dogs, cattle, goats, a horse, and cats! He is going through a lot and he is not currently enjoying being around a new to him 3 year old. The loud noises and stomping scare him, but did not before all the big changes. I’d recommend a household without toddlers. He loves being near someone and enjoys playing fetch. He is very sweet, house broken, loves car rides, and he is crate trained. Would prefer to rehome him somewhere with a yard. He will come with his crate, two in great shape beds, bowls and feeding mat, and several toys.

Story
Meet Sparky! 🐾Sparky is a handsome, sweet, and loving 2-year-old pup who’s ready to find his forever home! He came to us as a stray, so we’re still getting to know him, but what we’ve learned so far has been nothing short of wonderful.Sparky has a gentle personality and loves spending time with people — especially if it means getting hugs and plenty of pets! He walks nicely on a leash and enjoys going for strolls, making him a great companion for walks or casual adventures. He also gets along well with other dogs and would likely do great in a home with a canine friend. Whether he’s cuddling up for affection or wagging his tail on a walk, Sparky’s happy spirit shines through. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion who’s ready to share his heart (and his hugs), come meet Sparky — he might just be the perfect match for you! 💛All our adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm or felv/fiv tested, vaccinated for core vaccinations, treated for internal/external parasites. Story
Please read this post in its entirety. Please acknowledge that you have done so. Your response serves as your preliminary application. Please provide the requested information. I cannot stress that enough. I need more than "I want a dog, live in a house, and will love him". Introducing Beth Blackstone, an 8-week-old presumed red-heeler Beagle mix puppy found abandoned on the railroad tracks; this area is a gathering place for 'the unhoused'. I immediately took her to the veterinarian to test for parvo! Whew- negative. She did have a few sores, which are being treated. This little 6-pound doll is estimated to be about 40 pounds at adulthood. She is learning her potty manners and now keeping company with Nanny Nimm. Nanny Nimm is a super senior who is blind, deaf, and has no teeth. She is a grumpy old lady who has resigned herself to having a bed-buddy. She is also looking for a gentle place to land for the rest of her days. Beth has been wormed, first shots, and parasite prevention. If you want to inquire, please remember she is a puppy. Your things are her chew toys, and your floors are her potty-time training ground. She has not shown to be an indiscriminate chewer. You will agree to have her spayed and provide proof thereof that you have done so at an age determined by your veterinarian or by the age of one year old. You will not breed her- be it by accident or design. Tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city you live in, other pets in your home, and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you, the better. What can this companion expect from you, and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. Please prepare to meet in person without hurry, and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response, as I review inquiries. I appreciate your understanding—Raleigh's Rescue Advocacy. *DNA testing is not performed, and we can only give you an assumed breed or breed mix.

I`m a fun and playful girl looking for my home for the holidays. I love meeting people, especially if they want to play my favorite game...fetch! Story
ECHO (M)  BREED: Queensland Blue Heeler mix AGE: 12 weeks old WEIGHT: 11 lbs. LIKES: Rope toys and wrestling with other dogs. Echo is a teething pup, so he likes bones, sticks, and “stuffies”, and is exploring his world with his mouth. DISLIKES: Being sprayed with a spray bottle to deter him when he chews something he shouldn't, which means he readily responds to verbal correction. PERSONALITY TRAITS: He has a great temperament, and would make a wonderful family dog. He has moments of playfulness, and loves to play with other dogs. Echo is also happy to snuggle down on a dog bed, and is not especially needy for human attention, but he is happy to get it when he can. Echo will bark when he needs to tell you something, but overall is a quiet boy. POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Working on it, with regular trips outside. CRATE TRAINING STATUS: He will put himself in his crate for rest periods during the day (sometimes) and has done so at night, as well. Sometimes, he isn’t ready for bed when his fosters humans are (catching that 11:PM "second wind") so he may whine for a bit before settling down. EXTRAS/MISC.: Though Echo’s mom was a Heeler, we don't know what breed his dad is. Based on the temperament, it seems he was a calmer breed as Echo does not exhibit some of the hyperactive traits of the Heeler breed. Echo is smart and learns quickly. He respect boundaries in his foster home (like not going into the garage when the door is open). He also isn’t so needy that he wants to be on the couch. A dog bed or blanket on the floor is sufficient. We expect Echo to likely grow to be 30-40 pounds, when grown. All puppies require extra time and patience, as well as solid supervision to help them reach expected milestones, like potty training and crate training. Each has their own personality that their forever family will want to pay close attention to as they “train” together to develop a well adjusted adult in the future. To further inquire about ECHO, click on the link below to submit an application. Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how a puppy will mesh with your lifestyle. Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet. Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each puppy and family. We look forward to facilitating a positive and solid adoption for ECHO as well as his future family.  *Fostered in Eugene/Springfield, Oregon https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/ Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with information about the next steps and setting up a Meet and Greet.
