Tank is neutered. Tank will make a great family dog! He is so sweet and playful, but more on the lazy side compared with his siblings. He can be shy at first, but warms up quickly! He would do best in a home with a fence, or a home with property. Tank has a pretty clear understanding of a crate and going potty outside. Story
Hi! My name is Destiny!! I’m a spunky girl that loves to run and play! Though my FAVORITE thing to do is lay my head on you and get belly rubs! If you put a treat in smelling distance, I’ll show you all the awesome things I can do like sit, down, place, and I’ll even come right to you when you give me the release command! I’m a super smart girl. I really don’t know why I haven’t been adopted yet, I was found as a stray 2 YEARS ago and was brought to a humane society in Mississippi, where I sat for a year, until a wonderful rescue in Tennessee took the chance and brought me up to Tennessee in hopes to find a home! My care takers have been doing everything they can to find the right home for me, but unfortunately I’ve been in rescue over a year now. I do love to play with my medium/large breed doggie friends, I like that we can wrestle and tumble around! I try to get kitties and little dogs to rough it up with us big dogs, but I get to rough with them and I would do best in a home with other medium/large breed dogs! I even do good with kids 10+! I would love to join your family if you think I’d fit your lifestyle!! I’ll be the bestest girl, just give me a chance! Story
Bear is such a handsome boy at 5 years old and about 42 pounds. He does well on a leash, enjoys walks, and is a sweet dog. He will do best as an only dog and will make an extraordinary companion dog. *I'm HW+ (means I have heart worms) and the shelter is treating me for them. If I get adopted before my treatment is finished, the shelter will still continue to treat me at no cost to my adopter. Please come take me home so I can recover in a nice quiet place. For now, I'd do best as your only buddy (actually, I just want you all to myself 😉) Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 42 Age: 5yrs 3mths 1wks

Someone saw this pup being dumped off from a car. Not a very good thing to have happen to me but it’s probably for the best. I walk pretty good on leash. Story
OUT OF STATE TRANSPORT available for an additional fee. What we know about Gus: 💢Great with dogs 💢Great with kids (has lived with kids and another dog previously) 💢Awesome temperament 💢Calm, great on a leash 💢About 1.5 years old 💢Potty trained 💢Crate trained 💢Loves snuggles Gus came to us extremely underweight, nearly bald, with open wounds all over his body due to Demodex mange. He has since recovered fully and is ready to find his forever family! Gus was far too interested in the cats when we cat tested him as his herding instincts are present with these types of animals. However, he is great with other dogs and we use him to help introduce new dogs to the rescue. Gus has gone out on multiple Doggie Day Outs and did so well each time! He was his happiest self at the dog park with his rescue buddy (Folly) who has since been adopted. He likes to meet new people and go for car rides! We think he could be a heeler mix because of the speckles but we truly still don’t have a great idea about breed. The regrowth of hair didn’t help us with this as much as we thought it would 😂 Note: Since Gus has a history of Demodex mange, this means he is genetically predisposed to this condition if he does not take flea/tick prevention regularly. He is currently on Simparica Trio and doing so well. Please let us know if you have any questions about this condition! Microchipped, up to date on shots and monthly preventatives
