Story
Koda is a very energetic, lovable, loyal, and protective friend that I need to rehome due to a change in living conditions. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, plays with his kids and other kids, and is well protective of his yard and house. He is leash, crate, and potty trained with no inherent medical issues. He is a working dog that loves a lot of stimulation throughout the day and he will play ball until he drops, or you throw your arm out. He relaxes easily inside the house while you watch TV or work, but is ready to go on a moment's notice if you want to run 5 miles. On a personal note, it breaks my heart to even consider rehoming him, he is my best friend. My father is moving in with me in his sunset years and Koda is too much to handle for an elderly person. Koda is attached to me and somewhat will only listen to me, he gets along with my father but Koda is pretty willful and wont always take direction from others. I regret not getting him some formal training.

Story
Out on a quiet country road in rural Tennessee, a tiny red dog stood guard over her six fragile, four-week-old puppies. Dumped without care and left to face the unthinkable, this brave little momma did the only thing she knew to do — she protected her babies with everything she had.   That beautiful girl is Red Sedona.   By what can only be described as a miracle, a kind passerby spotted the small family huddled together and stopped. Carefully lifting them into the truck, momma and babies rode to safety on the floorboard, leaving behind a fate that could have ended so differently. Because of that moment of compassion, Red Sedona and her six puppies were given a second chance.   At just 25 pounds, Red Sedona is a petite Red Heeler with a delicate frame and the most soulful eyes. She may be small, but her heart is mighty. She fiercely protected her puppies on that roadside, somehow keeping them safe from harm. And now, with her babies out of danger, her gentle and affectionate nature is shining through. She is one of the sweetest little girls you could ever meet — tender, devoted, and incredibly smart.   Sedona has been a remarkable mother, attentive and loving, always watching over her babies as if she would step in front of anything to keep them safe. She is good with other dogs, young, and ready to start the next chapter of her life. Once her milk has dried up a bit more, she will be spayed and ready for her forever home around March 10th.   Her six puppies — four boys and two girls — will also be ready for loving homes soon. This little family deserves Heeler-savvy homes that understand the loyalty, intelligence, and devotion this breed is known for.   Red Sedona has done her job. She saved her babies. Now it’s her turn to be cherished, protected, and loved for the rest of her life.   If you feel called to welcome Momma Red Sedona or one of her precious puppies into your home, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.   Let’s make sure this brave little girl’s story ends the way it should — safe, loved, and finally home.   ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
Nash is a lovable, tail-wagging bundle of joy with a heart as big as his appetite for attention. Whether he’s greeting you at the door like a long-lost hero or gently nudging your hand for just one more pet, Nash thrives on being close to his favorite people. He believes there’s no such thing as too many belly rubs, too many compliments, or too many cozy moments. But what truly makes Nash special is his soft spot for feline friends. While some dogs chase cats, Nash prefers to snuggle them. He’ll happily curl up beside a purring companion, sharing warmth and naps like it’s his full-time job. Calm, affectionate, and endlessly sweet, Nash proves that love knows no species. If you’re sitting down, he’s in your lap. If you’re lying down, he’s by your side. And if there’s a cat nearby? Even better. 🐾
