What we know about Gus: 💢Great with dogs 💢Great with kids (has lived with kids and another dog previously) 💢Awesome temperament 💢Calm, great on a leash 💢About 1.5 years old 💢Potty trained 💢Crate trained 💢Loves snuggles 💢Recovering from demodex mange (not contagious) but will require a few more medicated baths to help with continued healing We think he could be a heeler/boxer mix because of the speckles but we truly still don’t have a great idea about breed. The regrowth of hair didn’t help us with this as much as we thought it would 😂 We wanted to note that since Gus had demodex mange, this means he is genetically predisposed to contract this again if he does not take preventatives regularly. 💊 He is currently doing very well on Simparica Trio (combined monthly flea/tick and heartworm medication)! Please let us know if you have any questions about this condition. Can be cat tested upon request! Microchipped, up to date on shots and monthly preventatives

I live at woofwoof fosters, but I belong to the SPCA of Bradley County! The founder/ director of woofwoof fosters is my foster mommy! I prefer to be around people that know and respect my boundaries and are willing to take their time to let me warm up to you. I have never bitten or growled when being approached outdoors.
