Karma is a resilient and loving dog with an incredible story. Born in Indonesia, he and his sister were rescued as puppies by his family. After facing hardship during COVID—including the tragic loss of his sister—Karma made the journey to the U.S. True to his street-dog roots, he thrives in wide-open spaces. He loves spending his days exploring outdoors and returns home to eat and sleep. While affectionate and loyal, he struggles with being confined indoors and needs a home where he can roam freely in a secure, spacious environment—a house with a large yard or rural setting would be ideal. Karma adores hiking with his owner, other dogs and would do best with canine companions. Due to an upcoming family move abroad, his owners are heartbroken but determined to find him a home where he can live his best, most adventurous life.

SHYA is a 1 year 3 month old Australian Kelpie, weighing about 28lbs. She was lost and taken to an overcrowded shelter where she was not claimed in time and was due to be euthanized, but was saved by an emergency foster at the last minute. She now needs her forever home as soon as possible. Shya is very sweet and loving, but a bit shy, timid and scared (non-aggressive, submissive), and needs preferably a female human with a little time and patience to help her learn to trust again. She settled into her foster home within a couple of hours, and is very playful and affectionate with her foster mom. She loves cuddles and belly rubs! Shya does suffer from some separation anxiety, and will need to be helped through this. Shya gets on well with other dogs. Submissive and cautious at first, she loves to chase and be chased by small dogs, or dogs her own size. Wrestling is also great fun! She is good with large, chill dogs, but scared of boisterous dogs, or dogs that bark continually. SHYA is fully housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She is smart, with a lovely temperament, and will make a wonderful addition to a loving person’s life. He struggles with low impulse control and has a history of reactivity, including snapping when overstimulated. Needs an adult-only, low-traffic home with an experienced, patient handler. Not suitable for sitters, kids, or busy environments. Best as an only pet. Fully house-trained, neutered, and loves enrichment games and routine. Seeking a home that understands complex dogs and can offer stability, safety, and ongoing behavioral support. He does wonderful with environment management and turns into the best dog in the world. At this point in my life I am unable to provide that structure for him, but I am happy to sit for since he already knows me and is comfortable with me. Harper is truly an angel girl who wants to be everyone’s best friend. She aims to make you proud and always tries her best. At 55 pounds, 1-year-old Harper would do great in a home with a yard and another high-energy dog that she could play with all day long. She is good with puppies and kids but sometimes can’t entertain her excitement, so she would need some patience in the transition to her new home and people. Harper loves adventure, long hikes, car rides, toys, and ice cubes. Because of her energy and breed (we think she is a cattle dog/doberman mix), she needs a lot of exercise and stimulation. Harper is potty trained and crate trained. She loves to cuddle and will want to be by your side all the time. Harper is a bright, enthusiastic girl who just wants to love and be loved.
