Bryce is a very loving, energetic, and happy boy. He was found on the streets by a dog foster mom and we have had him for a few months. He loves to play with our other dog but also has a tendency to resource guard and dominate her so he can get more food. He is house trained, knows basic commands such as sit, lay down, and come (when he wants to), and is great on leash even though he is very excited to meet other people and dogs. He is gentle around kids and loves any attention he can get. He loves scratches on his fluffy butt and will happily wiggle it all day. We are looking to rehome him due to time constraints and won't be able to give him the attention and time he needs as well as our main dog not always getting along with him when we are not present. He is a great family dog and would love one that can give him the love he deserves.

He is in need of a hip surgery (which PACC will take care of) and a home that can provide him with a place to recover and a bit of simple physical therapy after his surgery. Derek has all the love in the world to offer in return!! He was very excited to have a new buddy and wanted to play so badly- she was a bit shy, and Derek respected her space. But, he made sure to stay close, play bowing and wagging his tail in case she decided she wanted to play, with a big friendly smile on his face. It was so cute. Derek is a great dog!”Derek would like to meet any resident pets before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit and is a ladies man who may do best with female friends. Ask to meet Derek today!!
