This little guy is Niko. He approximately 4 years old, pure bred Australian shepherd. We initially thought to breed him, just never got around to it. He likes to be helpful and loves his baby doll which can literally be anything from a teddy bear to a old sock he finds. He is house broken, and if you seen my other post then you know we are putting him up for adoption because I am sick and do not seem to be getting better. Like the dog I have put up he is a good boy and his terrible puppy temper state is over. He is not a fan of strangers but in a new environment he loves everyone. Someone just needs to give him a chance.

Say hi to beautiful girl Jazzy. Jazzy is about 4 and a half months old and we're not quite sure what breed she it - we only know that she's adorable and so pretty! Jazzy's owners worked long days and they came home from work one day and found her leg stuck in the crate and it appeared to be broken. They surrendered her to a local shelter, where we saw and answered the plea to help her. Although the front leg was broken, it's healing well on it's own, so little Miss Jazzy is ready for her new family now! Jazzy is currently in a wonderful foster home with 2 other pups and she just loves them to pieces. She's a sweet, happy, loving and silly puppy - oh and such a cuddler. She is an active 8 year old who loves to go for car rides. She is friendly and a well mannered lady. She is spayed, UTD on shots, micro chipped and ready for a new home. She is house trained and knows some commands. She has a beautiful medium length coat. She will make any house a wonderful pet. She walks well on a leash also. She is dog selective as she has a male friend at the rescue that she is fine with but female dogs she is agressive towards.Meet and Greet with another dog is reguired.

AT THE END OF NOVEMBER, ANIMAL CONTROL CONFISCATED THESE BOYS FROM A HORRIBLE SITUATION. BUBLÉ WAS IN ROUGH SHAPE BUT STABLE. BUDDY THE ELF WAS BARELY ALIVE WHEN FOUND. BOTH EMACIATED, LOADED WITH PARASITES OF ALL KINDS AND RAW, INFECTED SKIN FROM DEMODEX MANGE.  AS YOU CAN NOW SEE - THEY ARE DOING GREAT NOW! THEY ARE BOTH FULL GROWN YOUNG ADULTS AT ABOUT 30LBS OF LEGS AND TYPICAL HERDING TRAITS. AS THEIR FUR HAS GROWN BACK IN, OUR BEST GUESS IS AUSSIE MIX.  THEIR IDEAL HOMES WOULD BE SEPARATE BUT WITH ANOTHER CONFIDENT MEDIUM TO LARGE PUP THAT CAN CONTINUE TO TEACH THEM PROPER SOCIALIZATION AND MANNERS.  All of our adoptable rescues have a clean bill of health (unless otherwise stated), are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriately), tested (FeLV/FIV for cats, HW for dogs over 6 months of age), current on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need. Zeus is a very friendly and energetic pal. He loves outdoor adventures and make new friends with other dogs. Zeus is very vocal when he plays and although may bark a lot, they're just invitations for dogs to come join him. Zeus might prefer people over dogs as he might say hi to the dog owners at the dog park first before playing with other dogs. Zeus needs patience as he might need some extended time to adjust to a new place. Zeus with do well with a house with a big yard as he needs to zoom around and release high puppy energy.
