And ideal home for them would include adults or family with older, respectful children, a home with a fenced in yard, someone familiar with or willing to learn learn about about hurting breeds, and no cats or small animals. They can be adopted separately or together.

Story

Chai is a 2- or almost 3-year-old miniature Aussie border collie mix. She has never shown any aggression towards people and is partially muzzle-trained, something that is actively being worked on. She has lived in a home with other dogs before, but for some reason does not get along with our dogs at all. For the sake of all of our dogs, and her, we are looking for a home where she can have all the attention on her, which seems to be what she needs. She is crate trained and can come with her crate, leash, harness, and muzzle. She does not seem overtly aggressive towards the cats, but the herding dog in her comes out, so we keep them away from her as much as possible. She is an exceptional dog who is loving and smart, and this is no easy thing to do, but for her sake, we want her to go to a home where she can be the center of attention and get as many snuggles as possible. She will sit and snuggle for hours if given the chance.
