Nezzy is a sweet, loving girl with a heart as big as she is. She's a big baby who loves to cuddle and be close to her people. She does great with older kids (she hasn't been around babies) and gets along well with other animals. She loves to run, play, and explore, but she's just as happy relaxing on the couch after getting her energy out. She listens well, knows a few tricks, and is eager to please. She would thrive in a home with a fenced yard or an active family that can give her regular exercise and plenty of love. Rehoming her has been an incredibly difficult decision. Unfortunately, our other dog has become very jealous of her, and with my husband and I both working long hours, we can't give Nezzy the time and attention she deserves. We want to find her a loving home where she can live her happiest life and be cherished as part of the family.

❤️ Buddy wasn’t supposed to be looking for a new home at 8 years old. Buddy is an 8-year-old Aussie mix who had a person. He had a home. He had a life he understood. And then his owner passed away. Buddy didn’t understand why everything changed. Dogs never really get an explanation for these things. One day their person is there, and then suddenly they aren’t. Now, at 8 years old, Buddy is starting over. He isn't asking for much. A soft place to sleep. Someone to follow around the house. A little patience while he learns a new routine. And, most importantly, someone to belong to again. There is something especially heartbreaking about watching an older dog lose the person who was their whole world. But there is also something incredibly special about getting to be the person who shows them that their story isn't over. Buddy still has love to give. He still has good days ahead of him. He still deserves lazy afternoons, car rides, treats slipped under the table, a favorite spot on the couch and someone who says “Come on, Buddy” when it's time to go home. He had a family once. We'd really like to give him one again. Come meet Buddy. ❤️🐾 Sometimes the dog who has already known love is the one who understands best just how precious it is.

Sissy is ready for her next great adventure—and she’s hoping it leads straight to a home. ❤️ This sweet senior girl may have a few more years under her collar, but don’t tell Sissy she’s supposed to slow down! She was absolutely thrilled to get her collar and leash on and wasted no time letting us know she was ready to GO. When the car door opened, Sissy was prepared to load up and see where the day would take her. 🚗🐾 Sissy has also shown us what a gentle, loving soul she is. She happily met a volunteer’s young son and soaked up the attention, and she even politely greeted a kitty during her outing. She has done well around other dogs too, especially those who appreciate a more laid-back pace. Sure, Sissy might move a little slower these days, but her heart certainly hasn’t. She still has curiosity, joy, and so much love to give. She wants to go places. She wants to be included. Most of all, she wants someone to call her own. We would love to see Sissy spend her golden years knowing all the comforts every senior dog deserves—a soft bed, leisurely walks, car rides, plenty of snacks, and a person who thinks having her nearby is the best part of the day. 🥹 Sissy is searching for a foster or adoptive home where she can finally settle in and share all that sweetness with a family. She isn’t asking for much—just a safe place to land and someone to love. Sissy still has adventures to take, memories to make, and love to give. She just needs someone willing to take her home. ❤️🐾
