Very sweet and affectionate semi active playful Australian Shepherd mix looking for a nice family with another dog or can be only dog! Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com or https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/KRNW/Dog Pearl is a 12 mos 40 lb Australian Shepherd mix (we think). She is a wonderful gal that just LOVES her people and gets along with all dogs. She is crate trained, leash trained, loves car rides and likes to hang out with humans on their beds/couch. She is great and easy going family/house dog. She loves sleeping with you and hanging out on the couch. She will require a securely fenced yard. No cats right now as she is afraid of them. L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate. Please contact us to ask about our adoption process and our adoption fees.

Story
I got luna from a breeder in Texas. She is mixed with a lot of things but the two most prominent are Australian shepherd and Bassett hound. She just turned two years old and is a very happy and energetic dog. She’ll need a home where she can run around and spend time with people. She’s extremely friendly and loves everyone she meets and is always happy for pats.

Story
Rosalita and her sister Marietta were dumped in the country. A lady contacted me and brought them to me. Rosalita is the sweetest girl. She is happy, confident, and spunky. She weighs about 20 lbs and has two different colored eyes. She is great with dogs of all sizes and with cats. She is the perfect pocket-sized doggie friend. She is currently still in Oklahoma where she was rescued but she can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take her in or she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Note: No dogs are advertised as potty-trained because most dogs need at least some re-training in a new environment and after being in a shelter/rescue environment/strays. www.facebook.com/desideratarescue (copy and paste into a new browser window) Transport locations: - Washington State (Kennewick, Spokane, Tumwater, Tacoma, Tukwila, Lynnwood/Edmonds, Bellingham) - Oregon (Portland and Springfield) - Colorado (Ft Lupton) - Idaho (Heyburn and Boise/Meridian) - Utah (Ogden) - Wyoming (Evanston, Rock Springs, Laramie) - Montana (Missoula) - Illinois (Vandalia, Springfield, Chicago) - Indiana (Spiceland, Burn Harbor) - Michigan (St Joseph, Battle Creek, Ann Arbor) - Wisconsin (Madison, Wausau, Eau Claire, Appleton, Milwaukee) - Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul) - Iowa (Des Moines) - Ohio (Columbus and London) - Pennsylvania (Erie, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg) - New York (Buffalo and Albany) - Connecticut (Enfield) - New Jersey (Bedminster) - Nevada (Las Vegas) - Arizona (Flagstaff) Vetting: spayed, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, dewormed several times, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm protection, heartworm tested (negative) Adoption fee: $600 (includes the $250 cost of transport from Oklahoma and all vetting listed above) Adoption application (copy and paste into a new browser window): https://form.jotform.com/82677586784176 FAQs (copy and paste into a new browser window): https://docs.google.com/document/d/12eb_SRtk1AzaBl87UltcLJ24MjH9UhQm_LE77iWZEQA/edit?tab=t.0 Desiderata Rescue is Oklahoma Licensed Rescue #95

Story
Abelia is the perfect dog. Loving, smart, beautiful, cuddly, stays with her person, active but not hyper, medium sized, adult but still young, great with dogs of all sizes, great with cats and kittens, walks well on the leash, does well in a crate, not a barker. She was dumped with another dog and a local resident reached out for help so the dogs wouldn't starve or get hit by a car. They are now safe at the rescue. She is currently still in Oklahoma where she was rescued but she can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. Story
Kip is a Border Collie mix puppy and a member of our Heated Rivalry group. He came to us from Ozarks Pet Rescue after originally being found as a stray with his mom, Sheba, by Poplar Bluff Animal Control. Sheba had some pretty severe medical issues from raising her puppies, but she is now happy, healthy, and this little family is ready to find the loving homes they deserve. Kip is a typical playful, curious puppy who is always ready to explore and learn. He has more of the traditional Border Collie coloring, even though his coat remains short, giving him that classic look in a compact, easy-care package. He will do best in a family committed to continuing his basic training and socialization so he can grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. Kip is currently working on crate training and learning his basic manners, and he’s doing great for his age. Kip is available to a foster-to-adopt home within 30 minutes of Madison while he completes his medical care. This is a wonderful opportunity to help him transition into home life while he finishes vetting. If you’re looking for a smart, adorable puppy with classic Border Collie charm, Kip might be your perfect match. All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough.
