Vader was adopted from us 6 years ago and recently returned. His skin was in bad shape but he was still such a happy little dude. A petite little bulldog at only 44#. We have had him on a regimen for his skin, regular baths, oral meds, salon dog food and he is doing great! His smell no longer enters the room before he does! He is the sweetest most wonderful bulldog. He’s fun, cute, stubborn and all the other things you would associate with the breed. We feel like we failed him the first time he was adopted out, so he needs someone that really knows and loves this breed. Someone that enjoys the maintenance they need on the regular. Jinx can be dominant and cranky with other dogs, so a well matched k9 may be considered for someone who is willing to put in the work, although it will take her some time to acclimate, or she would be even better suited as an only dog. She will NOT mesh well with another dominant or overly dog playful dog, so please keep that in mind when applying. Jinx is VERY sweet and loves attention from humans, walks well on leash and is crate trained. She is doing well with potty training, but will need to continue working on that and basic manners. She is a very good puppy, is potty trained, good with other dogs, respectful of cats and very sweet. Twinkie is healthy and does not have any pending medical issues. Twinkie does show some signs of possibly being hard of hearing or having very selective hearing, so she will need an owner who is patient with her through adjusting to a new home environment. She has been spayed, is current on vaccines and is microchipped. Twinkie is also crate training and is ok on leash but will need continued training as she grows. This little girl is simply amazing, and would do well in a home that has other fur friends to play with. Scout is a loving, gentle companion who just wants to be near her person. She’s happiest when she can relax beside you, nap in a sunny spot, or get cozy for cuddles. A few years ago, Scout had a spinal injury that left her with limited bladder control, but she’s learned to adapt beautifully. With a consistent routine and someone who can let her out regularly, she does her best to go outside. Her occasional accidents are more about needing supervision and a calm, attentive home than a lack of awareness. She can walk and even run in short bursts but doesn’t need long walks and she’s more of a homebody who enjoys a peaceful environment. Scout would thrive in a slower-paced household where she can be part of daily life instead of spending too much time in a kennel. She does best in homes without young kids, simply because too much activity makes her nervous. She’s full of love and personality — she just needs someone patient who sees past her challenges and recognizes how special she is.
