How this pet arrived: Kayden was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on October 11, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Kayden! This lovely senior gal has plenty of love to give and is looking for a calm place to spend her golden years. She came in as a stray and we've found that she has a gentle spirit and just needs a little time to feel comfortable with new people and situations. Once she warms up, her whole body wiggles with joy and she'll greet you with the cutest little "woo woo" chatter. She's more of a chill companion than a playful pup, preferring to lean in close for gentle pets and enjoy slow, sniff-filled walks at your side. Food is definitely the way to her heart, and tasty treats will help you become fast friends! She is about 45 pounds, and we are working on cleaning up some skin issues (high quality food and fish oil, with an exam scheduled at vet). She is spayed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines.
