Orlando is a purebred Olde English Bulldog. He has the biggest, wrinkliest head, big body, and adorable stubby tail. Additionally, Orlando’s coat is the softest thing ever. He is like a very fluffy bulldog! What could get better than that? Orlando is affectionate with his selected people and loves treats and toys. He loves to play outside, and absolutely loves the water (especially on hot summer days). He loves to get sprayed with the hose, as he tries to bite the water, and enjoys standing in baby pools to cool off.Orlando enjoys going for walks. He has gotten better on a leash, but could still use some gentle training to help with puppy tendencies. He also knows basic commands like sit, and is a smart boy. Orlando needs to be an only pet. Kimura is a goofy, lovable bulldog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She gets so excited to see her people—whether you’ve been gone all day or just stepped outside for a few minutes. Her happy wiggles and sweet nature make her impossible not to love. She had bloodwork and a dental cleaning at her vet visit and everything looked good! She is around 2 years old and 45 pounds. She gets along great with other dogs, does wonderful with kids, and has shown no reactivity toward cats when introduced. Kimura also walks well on a leash, making her a fun companion for strolls and adventures. She is both crate trained and potty trained, and she’s ready to settle into a loving home of her own. All fees listed include transport fees.** In an unfair turn of events, Trudy found herself in need of rescue when she was surrendered by a breeder. She is good with other dogs, however she is possessive of food and toys around other dogs. So, we feel she would do best in a home by herself. Trudy does fine on walk with other dogs and hanging out with them as long as there is no toys or food involved. She loves hanging out with people and she is good with kids. Trudy truly loves to explore and is always up for an adventure, so if you're looking for an energetic and fun-loving dog, then she is the one for you. Trudy deserves a new leash on life and can't wait to start the next leg of her journey with you! The vet said she is around 3 years old, but we think she might be older. Luis is an energetic, super social 2 year old, 39 lb. dog who came to us as a stray. We noticed right away that Luis didn’t seem to need much time to adjust—this outgoing pup made friends on his very first day! We’re not sure why, but Luis’ big heart and joyous personality hasn’t helped him find his forever home. After a month in the shelter, he is at high risk of behavioral decline and kennel stress and urgently needs to leave the shelter with an adopter or rescue partner who can provide him with lots of exercise, attention and all the love and fun he deserves! Luis contracted an upper respiratory infection during his stay in the shelter, but has been taking his medication and is out of isolation. Otherwise, he appears to be a healthy dog at this time with the possible exception of his ability to sniff out and enjoy a remarkable, slightly unnerving, number of hot dogs. Luis has had a good dog meet in the shelter and may enjoy a canine companion to burn off some energy. While he is a good-natured and friendly dog, at this time he would do best in a home without young children given his puppy-like and exuberant behaviors and one observed instance of possible guarding over toys. 2 years old - good with dogs , older kids and not sure about cats.
