Fergus can be shy and reserved around new people and other dogs, so he thrives best with very slow introductions, or even better, in a home with no other pets and minimal visitors. Once he feels safe, he is an absolute sweetheart who adores being near his favorite humans. If you are hoping for a loyal, laid-back companion rather than an exercise partner, Fergus might be your perfect match, he'd much rather lounge at your feet than go for a long walk! With a bit of patience, love, and plenty of comfy spots to nap, Fergus will reward you with a lifetime of devoted companionship.

To apply for a specific dog with Bulldog Haven NW rescue or submit a general application, please visit https://bulldoghavennw.org/apply/ Lana is a 10-year-old English/French Bulldog mix with a heart as big as her adorable smile. This sweet girl is the definition of easygoing - she loves being around people, soaking up belly rubs and back scratches, and curling up next to her human for cozy naps. Lana is completely potty trained and does a great job letting you know when she needs to go outside. Her perfect day includes a few short play sessions with her toys, lots of napping, and plenty of snuggle time. She's healthy, with no known medical issues, and has been a joy to foster - effortlessly fitting into a calm, loving home environment. Lana would thrive best as the only pet in a quieter home without young children. While she's not aggressive with other dogs, she prefers not to share her space long-term. This sweet boy would thrive in an active home where he can burn off his playful energy with walks, enrichment, and outdoor time. Oreo walks beautifully on leash and enjoys getting out to explore. While he is affectionate and loves attention from his people, he does need slow, controlled introductions to new people to help him feel safe and secure. Once he's comfortable, his loving and loyal personality really shines. Oreo's ideal home will be: Adults only (no young children) No other dogs A fenced yard where he can exercise and safely meet new people in a controlled environment He is crate-trained and sleeps comfortably through the night. Oreo is still working on some basic manners, like not jumping when excited and learning calmer ways to ask for attention. He's very treat-motivated and eager to learn with continued training and gentle guidance. He is mostly house-trained and does best when taken outside on a consistent schedule. Oreo does have a funny quirk - he's obsessed with water and does best when given small amounts at a time! Despite his little quirks, he's a lovable, loyal boy who's ready to be someone's one-and-only best friend. If you're looking for a devoted, active companion, Oreo might just be your perfect match.

He knows sit, stay, and lie down. And though his vision is a bit blurry, his aim is spot on when it comes to mailboxes. He lives for soccer balls, walks, and squishy cuddles. He used to mark indoors and turn blankets into confetti, but he caught on quickly and now saves all his chaos for outside. A little broken, a lot perfect, and totally unforgettable.

Story
Please note that inquiries on this site are not monitored. To apply for a specific dog with Bulldog Haven NW rescue or submit a general application, please visit https://bulldoghavennw.org/apply/ Follow us on Facebook and Instagram: BulldogHavenNW Mr. Bentley is a 3-year-old English Bulldog with a heart as big as his body. Reported to weigh around 70 pounds, he's built like a tank but is truly the sweetest, most eager-to-please boy. We'll confirm his official weight at his vet appointment, but one thing is already clear, Bentley is a lovable goofball. Bentley is a quick learner and really wants to make his people happy. He's currently working on greeting manners, especially learning not to jump up for pets the moment you walk into the room. When he gets excited, he sometimes nibbles on hands and nudges you with his whole body to soak up affection-adorable, but would be a bit much for young kids. For this reason, a home with adults or older, dog-savvy children will be the best fit. Despite his size, Bentley has a playful spirit. He loves to chase his ball (short distances) before taking a well-earned break. Losing weight has been a challenge for him, but with patience and a steady routine, his fitness and stamina will continue improving. We're slowly helping him build his tolerance for walks-he'll clearly let you know when he's tired by stopping and pulling back on the leash. He's incredibly strong, so he will need a handler who can manage his strength with confidence. Bentley has shown excellent manners around other dogs when passing them on walks and hasn't shown much interest in squirrels or cats so far. He's also crate-friendly-he may cry a bit at first, but he settles in and has slept in his crate like a champ. He especially enjoys relaxing in a crate during car rides. He already knows a couple of commands, including sit and shake. Loud noises startle him, and he tends to move away from busy or noisy areas on walks, so a calmer environment will help him feel secure. We're still getting to know Mr. Bentley, but everything we've seen so far tells us he's a truly good boy with a ton of love to give. We'll share more as we continue to get to know him.

Please note that inquiries on this site are not monitored. To apply for a specific dog with Bulldog Haven NW rescue or submit a general application, please visit https://bulldoghavennw.org/apply/ Meet Tina - Your Future Shadow and Bathroom Bodyguard ???? Hi there! I'm Tina, a 5-year-old English Bulldog with a big heart. I might come off a little shy at first-it's just that I've been through some tough times. But give me a little patience and reassurance, and I'll show you my true self: the goofiest, most loyal companion you've ever met. I take my role as your personal protector very seriously-especially when you're in the bathroom. I can't bring you toilet paper or towels, but I'll always be there for moral support. That's just what good girls do. A yard where I can let loose and show off my zoomies would be amazing, but I would do just fine in an apartment, too. I'm a stair-climbing pro (even if I grumble about it), and I love walks. Just know I'm a strong girl and might take the lead unless you keep me in check. Bulldog experience is a plus because I can be a bit headstrong-give me an inch and I'll bulldoze a mile. Oh, I have a bone addiction too. I'd thrive with an active (but not too active) family-older kids are great! I'm still figuring out this whole "play" thing, but learning together sounds like a blast. My foster mom gives me treat-stuffed Kongs, and I'm very into solving the puzzle for those tasty rewards. I'm both potty and crate-trained. My bathroom signals are subtle-blink and you might miss 'em-so you'll need to tune in. And when it comes to potty walks, I'm a bit particular. I prefer a certain vibe... maybe some privacy, a few bushes, a little time to find the perfect spot. A lady has her standards. If you're patient, a little bulldog-savvy, and ready for a loyal, silly, and snuggly sidekick, I just might be your girl. Tina's adoption fee is $600.
