The sweetest old dog ever. Good with kids, dogs and even tiny newborns. He will go for squirrels though. That's the only time in his life he postures up. Never nipped or snarled, just the mildest tempered sweet old dog I've ever known. He's pad trained. Never tears things up just loves his bones and Kong balls and has never snarled when anything is taken away. He's 8, has sensitive skin doesn't like his nails cut. I can't keep him any more but he deserves a loving home with a kind new owner. He listens and is a really lovey kind soul. Hes never had a yard and I think he would love it but is an inside good dog. He's no fighter, a pure love bear.

Betty is a 4 year old English bulldog, who was dumped by her previous owner, after being used for breeding. She is very quiet and sweet. Betty is about 55 lb, current on her shots, kept on heartworm and flea preventative and is spayed and microchipped. Betty is also not afraid of other dogs. However, she is alpha, therefore she is not going to be good in a home with another alpha dog. We will prefer her to be the only dog in the house. Betty is great with people, and love them. She came to us in such a bad shape, that she loved it when she was groomed, and her ears were cleaned. She is housebroken and pretty smart and chill. She loves to be petted and loves to be around her foster parents. Sweet Betty is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. Bubba is originally from Alabama and we have owned him since he was a few weeks old. His temperament changed once we had our children and with all of the noise and craziness around the house, Bubba has been negatively effected. His ideal new family would be able to give him the attention he needs and would be able to take him on long walks, play fetch at the park, and tend to his very active/atypical bulldog behavior. He does have bad table manners and food within his reach may be gone before you know it. He also gets very excited when strangers come to the house and tends to greet people with great excitement. It does die down after a while and he settles down. We love him more than anything but my wife and I just cannot give him the attention he needs and even at almost 9 years old, he is still very active and energetic. We would love for his adoptor to be at his level and to love him for his remaining years, which from what we can tell, will be a long long time.

Meet Bernie! He is a 8-year-old, 46 lb English Bulldog who is looking for his perfect forever home. He is currently living in a foster home, and this is what his foster has to say about him… Bernie is an excellent companion. He has a calm, sweet demeanor and loves pets and affection. He moves slowly and has some arthritic legs and/or hips and will need to be in a single story home without steps. He loves to go outside and to explore the perimeter of our yard or to get a drink of water. He has done well when crated but prefers to be lounging in a dog bed when we are around. He sleeps in the crate at night just fine and only barks when he needs to go outside. He gets along great with our other dogs (we feed them separately to avoid guarding or negative interactions) and is great with small kids (we have a 4- and 6-year-old). Bernie arrived in our care with an anal gland abscess which his foster has been caring for and is healing. He will need a bulldog experienced home that can care for his ears and eyes and continue with the care for his anal gland abscess. Cleaning his face, folds, eyes, ears and anal glands are paramount to his health. Bernie is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. HIs fee is $200

(Estimated DOB 2019/2020, estimated weight 60lbs ) LB is a total favorite with us. He is incredibly smart, and has learned many things while with us, such as sit, to walk through and under legs when directed, around, to let you walk around him while sitting, stay, come, wait, to catch treats, and more. He is phenomenal and learns quickly. He loves people, and wants to spend all the time he can with you. He is great about going out to go potty, and comes back in right after if you let him. He crates well. He gets along with other dogs, but like many of his breed, he isn't every dog's cup of tea. He will need a home without cats. We adore him and will be looking for a capable home with time to dedicate to making him the best that he can be. This dog requires a fenced yard. We seek fully fenced yards with a physical, visible fence. Typically, the fence must be connected to the house/ a door in the home, and the dog safe fenced area must exclude driveway and car access. Shock/electronic fences will not be approved for most dogs. A sturdy, high quality crate is also required (due to safety concerns, no wire or soft crates will be accepted.
